Ciao to you all boys and girls,

First I would like to say thx and congratulation for the website. I have a question and some advice regarding my experience. The question is: once you have reached your goal do you keep exercising for maintenance or the gain is permanent? I know I am looking at this from a strength exercise point of view, don’t think is the same though.

Anyway I am 6.75” erect and 5” girth and my goal is 8” by 6”. I am not really mad about length though, more interested in stamina. Talking of that, I would suggest some pilates and yoga to you all. Pilates as you prolly know, works all pelvic floor muscles including bc. Yoga improves circulation and flexibility overall. I like building my muscles too, but I’m not a gym monkey :)

I have a way to control my erection that in a way is similar to a kegel. What I do is to suck my lower belly in, like you do in Pilates for pelvic floor contraction, and that decreases the flow of blood to my penis. Doing that when I am close to cum, gives me the chance to take it back and gain some extra minutes. I can do it a few times during intercourse, you can really feel your cock is taking a breath. Although the result is quite the same it’s more a tantric approach rather than a rev ejaculation like in the kegel. Does anybody have had the same experience?

Anyway I’m starting with the newbie routine very soon and I let you know.

Well, welcome to TP. The gains are suppose to be permanent, however a maintenance program is a guarantee it won’t shrink.
I have personally mastered edging but have not tried to suck my lower belly in to avoid cumming. I think I’ll try that.

Have you ever heard of ballooning, ballooning is edging gone mad,It is great.

Some guys can stop PEing and have no loss in size gained. Most will loose a bit if they don’t cement the gains with some maintenance. It doesn’t take much in the way of a maintenance routine to lock your gains in. If you are getting good gains when you hit your goal I would recommend sticking with it and adding a bit extra for a safety margin.

Well thats like RPE with aerobics :) once you reach intensity 10 with your erection you go back to 8 and start again. After 2-3 times I just wanna cum though :D I’d rather control my erection than rev cumming, I tried it once and it felt quite strange.

There is not much to say really, just sucking in my low abs seems to work quite well to control erection. It’s not like doing abs though, you must squeeze the inner muscles, and having some pilates experience makes it easier to achieve. If you can also bend a bit forward with your torso it puts more pressure and gives you a better control. In a doggy style position thats very effective :D

I’ve also checked the ballooning thing and yeah I do sometime enjoy that, but I didnt know that was the name :D You were right is quite addictive, a few days ago I went on for 8 hours, crazy. That’s very bad coz I’m uncut and my glan is quite sensitive, so I’m still recovering from that :drool1:

Coz instead of because would be one example.

Thx or thanx instead of thanks would be another.

There were also some punctuation errors: thats instead of that’s, didnt instead of didn’t.

Good luck with the newbie routine. It’s a great place to start. Make sure to take accurate measurements as you start the newbie routine so that you can track your improvements.

I would also recommend SparkyX’s thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!, which has a lot of useful information about how not to do too much, with negative results.
