First, I will tell you all a little bit about myself, about my culture, and why I decided to make this post. Please excuse my English, I am trying my best but it is not my first language.

I come from a tribe of Arab Bedu, we are a nomadic people who live in the desert with our tribes. We have many customs and practices that are considered strange in the developed world, but one of our practices which seems to have become popular among men in the western world is Dalq (literally, massaging) or Jelqing. From a young age, our boys are taught that our sexual organs are our most prized possession. We are taught that we must take care of them and ensure that they are healthy, in order to be able to procreate, in order to keep our partners sexually satisfied, and in order to be happy. My culture is practically obsessed with the male organs, and every young boy is taught the practices that he must do daily in order to be a strong sexual performer.

I moved to the West when I was only 17 years of age, and have enjoyed living here, and I feel strongly connected to this culture as well. I have lived here for almost 10 years, and now consider myself to be a westerner, despite the staggering differences between my birth and adoptive cultures. Although I do consider myself to be heterosexual, I have had sexual partners from both genders. I first found out about “Jelqing” from a boy who I was fooling around with. He was extremely insecure about the size of his penis, and during our discussion about it, he explained to me that he had been jelqing for over 6 months, but was very dissatisfied with the results, and found it to be ineffective, with little to no gain. While his penis was of comparable size to mine when it was fully erect, when he was flaccid it would be small and shrivelled, and most of the penis would recede into his pubic bone, making it seem like he had a very small penis, when he in fact did not. He showed me this forum, and this routine, and I couldn’t help but laugh at some of the things men are doing to increase their penis size, while others I found shocking. I showed my friend how to properly take care of his penis. How to ensure that blood flow and circulation were optimal, and how to massage the penis to maximize its length. I told him and showed him the things that had been taught to me as a child, and he saw amazing results in the first 3 days. Within two weeks his penis was showing its full length, and was significantly larger than mine, both flaccid and erect. It has been over four years since this incident, and my friend continues to maintain his penile health on a daily basis, and often tells me how his sexual performance is better than it has ever been, and how satisfied he is with his penis now, in comparison to when he was neglecting it. In the years since then, I have showed many of my friends how to properly take care of their penis, and almost all of them found these practices to be of value and have continued to perform them to this day.

I understand that many of you here are looking for an increase in your size. I will tell you the same thing that I have told almost everyone else who I have talked to this about. There is a limit to the size of your penis. While there may be no static and consistent size, as that will fluctuate between day and day and throughout the day, there certainly is an upper limit to how big your erections will get. With that being said, I am sure the majority of you who are not satisfied with your size have not even seen your penis at even 3/4 of its final form. Some of you have likely only ever seen your penis in 1/2 of its total and complete erect size. Even once you have reached the maximum upper limit in terms of size, it is important to continue taking care of your penis so that it does not shrink and shrivel again, and to maintain the strength and duration of your erections, as well as increasing the potency and size of your ejaculations.

The practices I am going to share with you are very basic. However, it is important to follow them carefully and exclusively, and I am hopeful many of you will see results in the first week.

Dalq is a soft and gentle massaging of your penis that you will perform daily. It should be done with one hand, and it should not be rough in any way. Essentially what you are doing is taking your stretched penis, and pressing it against your body with one hand for 30 seconds or less. It is important to apply some pressure, but not enough that you feel any pain or discomfort. During this pressing, you will be using your penis muscles to force as much blood as possible back into your penis, similar to what you would do when you are ejaculating. Do this for the sides, top side and bottom side of your penis. The whole process should take you only a few minutes. Sounds easy right? It is. Very.

There are a few basic rules to follow to ensure that you are seeing results. Only ever do this after ejaculating. Always urinate before dalq. If you do not urinate before dalq you will not see any results. Make sure that you are always drinking a lot of water. This is not to be done with an erection. Never apply pressure to the point that you feel any pain or discomfort whatsoever. Do this in the morning, in a fasted state. If you do not have someone to have sex with in the early morning when you wake up, then masturbate. Dalq should be done immediately after ejaculation then urination. It’s important to do dalq every single time you ejaculate.
If you have a sexual partner, get them involved in this in order to motivate you to keep going and remind you to do this daily. Throughout the day, you will be ensuring that your penis remains engorged with blood. If at any point your penis beings to shrivel, shrink, or attempt to recede, you will prevent this. Play with your penis until the blood flowing to it increases to a point that it is no longer shrinking receding into your pubic bone. Do this constantly throughout the day. Your flaccid size will increase to be 60-80% of your erect size. Your erect size will increase until it reaches 100% of your maximum size. There you have it, pretty basic stuff.

I did a Google search for Arabic dalq and the only thing I can find is that it is a village in Iran. Nothing about massage or any reference to the penis. Oh wait a minute, there is one reference and it is this thread you started.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Your written English seems to be outstanding. So for you to ask to excuse your English is a little off putting. For me at least.

I agree that your technique would be effective at keeping a healthy penis. From my understanding it is also possible that we may each have individual limits to what the maximum size of our penis can be.

All that being said, you did not give a very clear explanation on your technique despite having exquisite written english. What I got from your description seems to be far to simple to provide much benefit to me personally. It seems to me that anyone who has done the newbie routine for a decent amount of time would not see much benefit from this either. I am strictly speaking about gains in erect size by the way.

As a long term post PE routine this might be useful to keep any gains and keep a healthy penis. Most of us here are on a long term never stop PE kind of routine so I doubt many will benefit from this.

The forcing of blood into the penis which you wrote about is probably the most beneficial aspect to this technique. If I am assuming correctly then you are speaking about kegels. Which are the flexing of the bc muscle. Most guys here do that already and much more.

This is mostly just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt. It’s also my opinion that many the will agree with me. I also apologize if this message seems angry in any way but as I stated earlier there are a few things about your post that are off putting.

I don’t understand what I should do with my penis in Dalq method.

Just based on his post, it seems you stretch the penis (not erect, he says that) and using the other hand “press” it against the body.
So it sounds like a gentle crush massage, using one hand to crush the stretched flaccid penis against the body, presumably the harder part of the body like the area where the legs join the abdomen (less fat paddding).
And he says to repeat for front, back, sides etc.

So I think it’s massaging the entire length of the stretched flaccid penis, by a gentle crush against a flat surface. From different sides or the penis.
Sounds like a good massage for loosening up scar tissue and keeping the penis in a healthy state.

I think Romeo is on the right track. I also got the impression that he was saying to kegel while in this stretch, so maybe along the lines of a DLD blaster?

What I understood from this is that you simply do side stretches pressing the dick firmly against your body and kegeling, not simply just pushing it to the sides, but also in, as if you were trying to plug it somewhere in your pelvic bone for sides, in your belly for upwards and inside your butthole for downwards.
