Super efficient and effective routines that work: 5-15 minutes day?
Has anyone had success with routines of 5-15 minutes per day all in (I.e. Including any warm-ups, exercises and cool downs, but not including separate kegel sessions)?
And if so, could you describe what stage in your P.E. Journey you were at (just started, few months in, 1 year in etc), what your routine was, how often you did it, and the results you saw?
I searched and couldn’t find much in the last 15 years on this topic so hoped the combined experience of these forums could help move this question forward, as I’m sure the topic is useful for a lot of time-poor people with busy lives and full homes!
5-15 minutes here and there is also something that could be repeated on some days without needing to set aside too much private time, so that’s an added bonus.
