Super efficient and effective routines that work: 5-15 minutes day?

Has anyone had success with routines of 5-15 minutes per day all in (I.e. Including any warm-ups, exercises and cool downs, but not including separate kegel sessions)?

And if so, could you describe what stage in your P.E. Journey you were at (just started, few months in, 1 year in etc), what your routine was, how often you did it, and the results you saw?

I searched and couldn’t find much in the last 15 years on this topic so hoped the combined experience of these forums could help move this question forward, as I’m sure the topic is useful for a lot of time-poor people with busy lives and full homes!

5-15 minutes here and there is also something that could be repeated on some days without needing to set aside too much private time, so that’s an added bonus.

I saw some post few months ago about some guy who only did manual stretches while in shower/post shower and after pissing.

And manage to gain I’m pretty sure you will hit the wall after few months and will forced to add some more exercises but its might work for some newbie gains.

A shortened version of the newbie routine would no doubt qualify.

Such as (different versions I can think of):

Length focused:
1) 5 mins warm up, 10 mins manual stretches
2) 5m warm up, 5m stretches, 5m jelqing
3) 15m stretching whilst heat source applied
4) 10m stretching with heat, 5m jelqing

Girth focused:
5) 5m warm up, 10m jelqing (with increasing intensity)

I think 3) or 4) would work best - if they had an extra 5 mins I’d add 5 mins of warm up (20 mins total). I would also throw in piss pulls every time you pee, they don’t take much time individually but will add up nicely over weeks/months.

The key with all programs is consistency, so whilst this might not be as effective as the original newbie routine I’m sure it would deliver results over time.

Also to answer your question, I gained nicely with a 20 mins newbie routine (5 warm up, 10 stretch, 5 jelqs) later going up to 25 mins (same as before but 15m stretches). This was as a returning newbie after a break from PE of many years.

I had decent success with short routine as a newbie.
