Super tight ligs Please help.

So I have been PEing for about 3 months now on a consistent basis. From what I think I have learned about LOT (while erect and standing you see how far you can bring it up. Right.) mine is about 10. I must have really tight ligs because my LOT is still 10 although I have seen about a 1/4 of gain. Does anyone else have this problem and what did you do to solve it. My best idea is to get as warmed up as possible. I usually sit in a hot bath for about 5 min.

Thank you. I have been on this site for months now and have been able to figure out the deal with LOT. I have done all the searches and read all the threads but the one you sent me to made all the sense. It just needs to be explained right. So my LOT is 9.

I find the LOT to be full of shit. It is not true and is just that- a theory.
