Sorry for all the questions lately, all of which Bib has answered and helped tremedously, but here’s one more; my lot is around 8:00 and I have a very tough time felling a burn in the ligs, I feel this is due to the fact that my septum is very tight (very prominent and taught during stretches…also as thick and hard as a metal cable) and is taking the weight before the ligs do. If this is the case, should I stretch straight out to target the septum more directly, then once loosened switch to lower angles to hit my lig potential. I fear my septum is very strong indeed.

I might not understand what you are asking. So if this makes no sense, then try again. I assume by ‘septum’, you are referring to your tunica. The ligs are connected to the tunica. So, with an LOT of 8:00, if you are hanging below 8, you will be stressing the ligs at least somewhat. However, lower angles will place even more stress on the ligs.

Thanks for the reply Bib, but when I am refering to the septum, I am specifically referring to this part of the tunica. When I pull SO, it is the septum and not the entire tunica that seems to be taking the strain. Since my septum seems to be tighter than the tunica as a whole, would it make senst to stretch SO or OTS until the septum is loosened, that way I can concentrate on the ligs without it being inhibited by the septum. I know this sounds confusing, but what I am trying to say is I think my ligs don’t get a good workout from BTC, even though they could, because the septum is too tight.

No, the tunica, septum, ligs should all be interconnected, unless your ligs were cut or torn completely from the tunica. But then, you would have no LOT.

See, by reporting an LOT of 8:00, you are proving this connection between the septum, tunica and ligs.

Thanks Bib, I get it now. The LOT is basically telling you what your limiting factor is, I’m not sure why that was so hard for me to comprehend. Now if I can just figure out a way to tell my wife I want to hand weights from my penis I’ll be in business…manual stretching stinks.

Bib I may have torn my septum clamping after hanging and I wanted to know how can I regain my EQ? My injury is located under the “pumping injury” section. I took three months off, but what can I do to heal properly or does the septum need to be surgically repaired by a urologist?
