Supplier for Cable Clamps

I like the look of the cable clamps used in the extreme Uli video, and have searched the Internet for a supplier either in the UK or who will ship to the UK. So far I haven’t had any luck, can anybody help?

it will be good if you condition your unit before starting any clamping. I am sure Bird will confirm my view.

I agree completely but according to inch_hunter’s join date, he is an advanced member.

I am not sure if he an "advanced member". Under the name, it says "New Member". The profile shows <20 posts since joining. Sorry if I am wrong, but the join date does not mean that he has tried PE at that time.

You can get them in B & Q it’s a pack of 4 (various sizes) for £2.99

They’re in the section with all the PC supplies, like webcams and leads.

I am new to PE although I’ve been lurking on the forums since 2004. I don’t plan on clamping until I’ve been doing the newbie routine for at least 6 months, I just wanted to get some clamps ready for when I do.

Bird2, I agree with you completely. But on this specific issue, My comment (what I wrote as “it will be good if you condition your unit before starting any clamping. I am sure Bird will confirm my view.” ) was based on information given by himself.

Of course, I understand. But why I was surprised of your reaction was because I indicated the link to inch_hunter’s post in my comment. (Post #3 here).
