Suspensory ligament separation

Thinking about having suspensory ligament separation, but I have some concerns. I love the idea of hanging low 24/7 haha. I know your penis will not “stand up” anymore but how will this effect sex. Not to get to graphic, but I mean I enjoy pushing hard inside girl and some times I feel like my suspensory ligament is being pulled on and/or stabilizing me. If I get suspensory ligament separation will I still be able to do this or will my shaft just push back into my body or down as a pose to being able to apply a nice amount of pressure to the back of my partners vagina (she enjoys it very much)? Also, can you have your suspensory ligament separation and reattached so as to have the same effect but still have that “anchored” base?? All advice is appreciated! Thanks guys!

To my understanding a large percentage of ligament cuts result in loss of length instead of increase. After the surgery you need to use an extender/ADS/hang for a significant amount of time to pull the penis out and compensate for the loss of the ligament support. From what I have read this does not always work and the penis retracts instead of lengthens.

I am sure the doctor’s excuse would be that those individuals with loss of length failed to use the extender for the recommended time. If, as I understand it, a large percentage of the surgery result in shorter instead of longer, do you really think the issue is not using the extender enough?

Do your research and ask questions of your doctor before committing to this surgery. You only have one dick, be very very careful with it.
