Suspensory Ligaments?

Hello.
I am a new member and not allowed to post in many of the forums.
I hope that a moderator can make an exception and move my thread, because I would really appreciate advice from the great people on this site.

I believed to have injured my penis during sex. In short, my erect penis was pushed down while fully erect and holding a kegal.
When it was pushed down I felt as though something moved.. There was NO pain at all, however my erection slowly faded.
I tried to see if it was alright by masturbating after(Foolish I know.) and I was able to finish.

A day or so after I did feel some pain/ache in the area at the base and down into my balls/scrotum.
Out of fear I looked up my symptoms and decided to visit a urologist shortly after the incident.
Upon inspecting my member the urologist determined that nothing was wrong as they did not see any major bruising or swelling. They also felt around above the shaft.

It has been 3-4 months since the injury first occurred and my penis still does not feel back to how it was. I am only 21 years old and believe to be in good health.
The main issues I have are:
- Flaccid penis hangs limply or loose. (Hangs lower(?) then before)
- Erection requires constant stimulation to maintain. (Fades quickly)
- Balls and penis both just hang more as if it is always warm
- More difficult to get erect standing up.. Easier laying down or sitting.
- If I am fully erect the penis can maintain itself but it feels heavy. I can see that it is erect and looks normal but it lacks the same rigidity it had before.. Feels not all there it is difficult to explain.

Physically at the time of injury my penis had an hourglass shape where mid-way through shaft it looked like it was retracting. This appearance has lessened with time, but now it seems this area bends easier.
I also have noticed an indent above my shaft where it connects to the body. It feels there are two ligaments(?) that connect to my penis in a V shape.
I have images of both the above described and am willing to post if I am allowed too. I really would just like some help.

I am looking for anyone who has some experience and could help narrow down the issue.
If I had torn my ligament how would I know? What test can be done?

Thank you.
