Sustainable Pump Gains: Are they for real?
I read about a 2006 clinical study of men who pumped for 6months. It reported none of the men made any gains in size. Yet, I’ve read about tons of men saying they have!?
As an aside, I spoke to the head urologist at you. Of Miami and he recommended 10 min. Pumping sessions with 3xs a week max. I to 2xs a day , one day one one day off. Conversely, I’m reading of guys here doing it for a HALF HR or more. Doesn’t that get into the injury range?
