I read about a 2006 clinical study of men who pumped for 6months. It reported none of the men made any gains in size. Yet, I’ve read about tons of men saying they have!?

As an aside, I spoke to the head urologist at you. Of Miami and he recommended 10 min. Pumping sessions with 3xs a week max. I to 2xs a day , one day one one day off. Conversely, I’m reading of guys here doing it for a HALF HR or more. Doesn’t that get into the injury range?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Short answer. Yes you can gain size. A LOT possibly. Search the info. And yes my gains are permanent so far. Been 5 years.

Fantastic! This is great news. Are you primarily a pump guy? If there is particular thread that you feel is a ‘must read,’ please post it here as there SO MUCH I wouldn’t wanna miss it!

Pumping is a function of both time and pressure and of the two, pressure is most important. So when you invest in a pump make sure it had a pressure gauge. You can pump for a half hour once you are conditioned and use a gauge to insure safe vacuum levels. When you first start pumping you will start at 3inhg and even when fully conditioned you can use 5inhg as a max for a very long time and just increase the continuous time in the tube, say up to that half hour mark.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I aggressively pumped for nine months without seeing any permanent gains. However, after five years of pumping twice a day for 20 minutes six days a week, I gained over one inch of permanent girth. I can now temporarily add an additional 1/2 inch of temporary girth after a pumping session. I am on my third cylinder diameter increase.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Look up pumping 101 and read all of the content in that. That’s what I did.

I use the Zen Hanger pump. It has THE MOST comfortable base available. The pressure on it is measured in KPA. I think 30kpa is = to like 4.3inhg. I’ve occasionally gone there, but not often. 20-25 kpa is where I’m at now.

Have you added any length from the pump?

I don’t believe I gained much length from pumping. However, I did gain about 3/4” but I attribute most of my length gains to hanging and extending.

Whoa 3/4 is great! I’m using the Zen Hanger (noose system - 5lbs) and I’ve got a PM coming in the mail. I use the Zen Hanger ADS for like 20mins after the hang. I’m enjoying all of it and I measured today that I’m 5” flaccid.. A # I’ve never measured in at.
