Switching from Hanger to Extender

Hi guys, I’m also a newbie who wants to spend a lot of time (and probably money) on PE, for two months I’ve been using the MH, my problem is that I’m really small in NBPSL so as long as I used low weights I was fine but even now that I’ve moved up to 5kg the device, although I do the set-up perfectly, slips slightly towards the glans and last time it caused me nerve inflammation, I had the glans numb for 2 days. So I’ve been thinking of switching to the Apex Extender, and start a routine of apex and clumping to work in both areas, and maybe when, and if, I get bigger start hanging again. Do you guys think this is a good alternative? I look forward to hearing from you, thanks in advance :)

I can tell you from experience you have to make it tighter. But just work into it. Id.use a sleeve and then an ace bandage for wrap.

Start 4/22 6 x 5.25 BG

Current 11/22 6 x 5.5 BG 4-7/8" MG

If you can’t find a way to reduce slippage, you’re going to have to reduce the weight, or shorten your session time, or both.

Start reducing weight or time until you’re not going numb any more. Keep experimenting with wrapping methods and see if you can add weight a little bit at a time.

It will take time, but all PE takes time.

I have no experience with the hanger but with the extender and clamping yes and I think they are good alternatives. They give good answers in the path to penis enlargement always by performing them carefully and consistently. For the extender I use the Totalman one with a vacuum cup. So far I haven’t had any problems using it for a maximum of two hours a day.

I can assure you that I use a lot of wrap and before start hanging I check millions of time if it slip and if everything is ok, but thanks for the answer, appreciate that
