switching from girth to length

since i started pe, i’ve been doin mainly a girth routine. i wanna switch over to a length focused routine but don’t wanna lose what i got- would my gains stay if i kept jelqing or do i have to do a cool down routine and then start a new routine for length? also does anybody have any good length exercises that have worked well for them? thanks!

Hi gainer18 welcome to the forum.

I would say jelqing is a definate choice in this matter. But, what´s your current routine like anyway? You could do a low intensity version of your girth workout, or reduced time. Alternately you could just build a length workout and tack on jelqing and maybe some uli´s.

I prefer to separate length and girth workouts, however.

Jelq with a lower erection, say 50%.
