Taking a big break

Taking a big break

I am already a month into my break. No tugging, jelqing, or clamping done so far. Before I started I was doing massive clamping exercises where my I would put so much pressure on the penis. I feel that I really toughened the tissues way to much and and plateaued a long time ago. I am planning a 4 or 5 month break and then ease into hanging. Is this break too long or too short.

I can’t see why you’d need to break for longer than 3 months. I wouldn’t think much more is going to change after that amount of time, at least not substantially, with the type of tissue we’re dealing with here.

I hope you’ve kept up your kegels during your break though!

I also think that some light jelqing - seeing as you don’t actually have an injury - couldn’t possibly go astray.

Just for repair purposes, I think a 1 month break is fine, but for complete tissue restoration, I was thinking more along the lines of a 3 month break.

The main thing to avoid is going overboard as soon as you start up from whatever length break you take.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Did you lose any size while you’ve been on break?

Current stats: 8” bpel * 5.2” meg

5.5” beg; 4.5” geg

I think that I need a break long enough to complete tissue restoration.

In my experience complete recovery has always taken between 2-3 months. Longest break I ever took was 5 months, but that was mostly low motivation.

Scipio81, quest for girth

It takes around 4-6 months for clampers dick colour to become normal again, so I would presume it would take that amount of time for the rest of your tissues to get back to normal.

I actually think this is a rather different process! Discolouration is more about blood getting trapped in the skin where PE is more about tissue damge/restoration. The types of cells involved are completely different.
