Taking breaks
I started doing PE and gained about 1/4 of an inch in about a month and a half then when I stopped after about 2 3 weeks it went back to what it was before.. Can I not take breaks and have the results last? And also, I read the newbie routine and it says 2 days on one day off, is there any way I can do 5 days on 2 days off (do exercises on weekdays, not on weekends) I have trouble fitting in things to my schedule, I am also restoring my foreskin, that I do 5 days on 2 days off, would PE interfere with foreskin restoration? Sorry I have more generic questions like how long does it take to see results (obviously different per person) and is it permanent?
