Hello all. I’ve been PE’ing for about 6 months now, and have had ok success. I started with a near 7.75 x 5.5 BP, but the head isn’t as big as the shaft. Are there any exercises that seem to work best on the head?

Try jelqing the base of the penis - being careful to keep the blood in the shaft by clenching the second OK-grip before releasing the former one. Jelq just one to three inches up the base of the shaft, slowly and with moderate to heavy pressure. This should encourage the head until it is very hard. This is the best technique I’ve discovered for the head. :)

You should understand the anatomy before you start doing head exercises. The two main erectile bodies, the corpora cavernosa (CC), are not connected to the glans (head). Regular jelqing does not move blood from the CC into the glans. See this illustration:

The glans is an extension of the corpus spongiosum (CS), the ridge on the underside of your erect penis that contains the urethra (urine tube). If you jelq with an “OK” grip, a grip that completely encircles the penis, then you are probably moving some blood into the glans from the CS.
