Hi, I’m new here so if I do any mistakes on the forum then please forgive me.

So I have been jelqing and stretching three times now consistently and I did it the third time today, about 20 minutes ago, but I couldn’t finish due to temporary erectile dysfunction! After about 5 minutes of jelqing (I had warmed up and stretched before.) I experienced that I lost my erection and that has NEVER happened before and I have done PE routines about 10 times in total, but it was a while ago I did the other 7 times. Anyways, I had to stop and I just panicked because I was sure that the thing with people messing up their junk from PE was happening to me, when they pretty much have killed their penises and can’t get an erection ever in their life because they ruined some “blood something” (I don’t know what it was called.). So I just walked around my room with my heart rate going crazy and just didn’t know what to do so I waited it out and nothing had happened to my boner for about 15 minutes so I opened up some porn to get me going. Normally if I put on porn I get hard in about a 30 seconds to a minute max, but now it took like 5 minutes of extreme struggle even though I was horny my erection was extremely weak, but after a few minutes of jerking it it got a little stronger and I managed to finish.

Now my question is: WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?! Is jelqing dangerous for me or what? Because I don’t wanna risk killing my penis for christ sake, I’m only 19 and I don’t want to have ED for the rest of my life.

Please, if someone here has experienced this before then please share any information you have with me because I am shaking right now.

That’s supposed to happen. When you lose your erection or your erection quality goes down to a slight chubby, you’re done. You’re done PE’ing for the day!

Take a rest day and stop freaking out.

I assure you you’re not going to break your penis. The guys on here who have done that weren’t being honest to begin with. They were drunk or on something they shouldn’t have been taking and were being stupid, but they still get erections just nocturnal ones. It’s more of a psychological ED and sympathy/attention seeking behaviors from this forum.

Well that’s a relief, thanks, I really needed some comfort, but how come I haven’t heard this before? I heard that your erection could get weakened after PE, but not completely dysfunctional like what happened to me.

You haven’t heard of it because you’re still new to PE. You’re probably over working it and trying to PE too many times a week. You need a lot of rest man.

Yeah, might be, but I was following a newbie routine I found on some other site (Probably PEGym) where you have one on day and two rest days and it didn’t seem too aggressive, but I might just be sensitive to jelqing or something.

These programs where you do basically the same thing every single “On” day and take a one or two days off are a load of crap. They’re an Rx for injuries and over reaching (what you call over-training). As a newbie you need a lot of rest and more time getting used to learning about your body. You can’t do that in between a PE day, a day off, and a day psyching yourself up for another PE day. Some injuries take longer to show pain and heal.

At most I would say 2 days a week for the next 3 months and then maybe 3 days a week, but the number of days a week you PE means NOTHING. It’s not how much you do, it’s how quickly you can heal and hit it again next time. Cut whatever you’re doing in half and half again if you need to and just count the number of days of rest you need. Should be between 3-5 days of rest and at least one extra day every other week. Or to make it extra simple, Mondays and Fridays only for a while. Length one day, girth worth the next. Keep it simple and work the basics hard.
