That damn ruler

Well, if you haven’t guessed it, I’m having some issues. I just can’t seem to stop measuring myself, it’s as if I’m expecting my unit to grow right before my eyes. Anyways, I’m hoping some of the more experienced members can help me out here. Seriously, it’s like I’m obsessed. :(

I got an idea. Every time you measure yourself without needing to then you should break an item in your house that you like, that way you will learn not to be a muppet. Heh.

No seriously now, I am obsessed with my size too and I reckon I will be the same as you when I have started up the routines, just remember that the longer you leave it, the more chance you have of growing. Why rush? You got plenty of time to get it bigger, stop seeing it as a race :)

I’ve had that aswell. Just make up a goal for how long you’re not going to measure yourself, and then follow it. Start with one month. The “urge” will subside after a week or so. Be a man and good luck :) .

So far I have put off measuring for a couple of months, that way I will see if I get any true results. If you measure every week or so you may get disappointed. You can feel it in your hand if you have gained but I still put it off.

Give your ruler to a trusted friend and have them hide it from you for a month. Then fight the urge to go out and buy a new ruler! :leftie:

I have found a cool “trick” to help me out from expecting too much..

I think about how large I WILL be a lot. I actually “size girls up” at college here by measuring the distance to the bottom of the hip to the navel with a quick glance. This way, I don’t measure MYSELF, but I measure THEM instead. I just imagine filling them up with my large future cock! :rofl:

I think it’s all about attitude. After the quick glance, I stare at their face until they look my way. You know what? They look back and smile a LOT more often. I think they just see the confidence I carry, they don’t KNOW I still have some work to do! Another thing too is, I guess they are refreshed that I am not staring at their breasts for a change. When they smile, I subtly nod my head up and down. It’s not something I think about, I think it’s just a style I developed by having a good attitude by looking ahead with nothing to lose and everything to gain.

So, in short, size GIRLS up with your future cock driving them crazy.

I don’t measure. I use my belly button as a guide. When I started I was just above it when laying flat on my back. Now I am about an inch above it.

Just think that the longer you wait before measuring, the more likely it is for you to see noticeable results on the ruler.

This way you don’t lose motivation - If you measure everyday, you’ll never really see the gains. For example, if you wait a month before measuring, it can be like a nice reward to see the gains of one month’s work.

Set yourself small goals, like “If I dont measure for a week I will XXXXX”

Eventually you wont think about measuring so much :)

I measure all the time, too. I figure it doesn’t matter. I will have to say, that I might be a lucky one that sees gains quite often.

I don’t have a problem with the ruler.I can look and feel and tell I am gaining a little.My problem is I can’t keep from touching it all the time.Must be how a girl feels after she gets a boob job.Gotta make sure it’s still there .Anyway just put your ruler in another room ,that way you’d have to get up,get dressed and go find it to measure.That’s just too much work .Lol
