Okay, so I kinda doubt this goes in Basics, but there isn’t a miscellaneous category, so this will have to do. I’ve been at this for three months, and since starting have added a little over half an inch to my BPFSL. However my BPEL isn’t quite keeping up. I think this might be because I haven’t been keeping up with jelqing, though I suppose pumping would work as well. The goal is to increase the member’s capacity to hold blood as well as it’s stretchability, and natural resting length.

Anyone care to explain the mechanics of this for me and take me to school?

Do you do kegels? And how many rest days you do?


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

I do kegels about once every day for five minutes, and then I take the weekends off.

I had some theory, but i can’t say if that is correct or wrong. Basically people can work on 2 areas. One is about expansion, another one is about how much blood we can deliver. As result we can get 3 situations:
1. Size remains size, we deliver more blood => Better EQ. Such situation can happen for hard gainers.
2. For most people it’s balanced. Both come with same speed, so people see gains and their EQ remains same or slightly better.
3. Sometimes it’s opposite. People see very fast gains, but their EQ drops, because blood delivery can’t keep up or it even becomes worse because of stress and over training.

So i would advise EQ exercises and maybe to change stress/rest rate. But i can’t say about result. At the end I also have significant BPFSL and BPEL difference and that keeps at around 1/2 inch, while some people can actually have BPEL bigger than BPFSL. That might be just how body works.

Jelqing, imho, is one hell of an effective exercise. But somewhat advanced. Start with a few reps and add more as you progress. I do it 2/3 times a week. I get a boner every morning, even at the age of 48.

But there are quite a few injury reports too - vein leakage, thrombosis etc. As with other PE routines, exercise with caution. As for the mechanics see links below , down this page.
