The best PE warmup is infrared!!!
Hey All,
I have only been doing PE for a month but I have been reading this site for a few months, pretty much everyday without posting. I’m not going to talk about my routine or anything else because I’m sure that doesn’t matter. In the past month I have tried about 5 different warm-ups. Hot shower, warm terry face-cloth wrap, microwaveble cold/hot packs, heating pad and lastly infrared heating lamp. I never had the chance to try a rice sock though. I will review the following methods below :
Hot Shower - Most PE shower as I know but if I did my showers would be an hour and my gf or family would be wondering whats going on. I used to take a 20 minute shower than PE right afterwards. After 5 minutes into my stretch my penis would feel warm but hot like I want it to be. Then came a warm wrap.
Warm Wrap - Useful if you have a water heater but to me the cloth became cold after a minute or two and then I had to resoak it again. I’m a lazy person.
Microwaveable cold/hot packs - These are used for sports injuries and sore muscles I’m assuming. This is a good method but running back and forth downstairs to the microwave kept my family/gf wondering what I’m doing. I’m a pretencious guy.
Heating Pad - This was the best method to warm up so far. Not messy, no-hassle, no running around. Just the other day I was searching for more warm-up methods. I was at my friends house and noticed the heating lamp he was using for his lizard. I then came home and searched “heating lamp” then “infrared”. I got really excited after reading all the facts someone posted (I can’t remember the user but I will post his/her reference later). I ran off to Home Depot and searched for the bulb first. The infrared bulbs are only available in the phillips brand and either clear or red. I chose red because I can’t stand the glare. They are available in 100, 175, 250 wattage. I picked up the 250w bulb as I remember thats what everyone was using here, it was also the last one available. I went around searching for a desktop lamp or something of the other that would support this.
Twenty minutes later I couldn’t find anything but a clamp light that would work good. The only thing is the maximum wattage on it is 150. I pondored for a bit as to whether I should use the 250 bulb in the 150 lamp. I noticed the socket isn’t ceramic and its a thermoplastic type. I decided not to take the risk in causing a fire a fire to family so I can benifit myself. I went back and picked up the 175 bulb. The bulb was with all the other incandescant bulbs and the clamp light was in the electrical extension cord section. The bulb was $10 and the clamp light was $15. After taxes and everything else it came to $29 taxes included.
I anxiously went home and set it up. I started a quick stretching session with the lamp on and oh man, the sensation of this lamp is unbelievable. The heat penetrates deep and you can feel it all around your pelvic area. Just remember to not get too close or else it feels like your skin is burning. I stay about a foot and a half away which is perfect heat. The main problem with infrared to me was the condition of making you sterile due to the high temperatures. I found a solution to this and its a rather easy one. At first I tried covering my balls with a sock but that didn’t because jelqing pulled them off. I then brought up my boxers so the wasteband is covering my balls and only my penis is exposed. Infrared doesn’t go through fabric so after my 40 min. PE session my penis was toasty warm but my balls were cool to the touch. I recommend everyone use this as there warmup. Its amazing how much heat affects your stretches. The stretch feels much more efficient and maluable now. People say the 175w bulb is not enough but its more than adequate, trust me. I’ve included pictures and the setup.
This is the whole setup. Notice the clamp and thermoplastic socket. You should also know the actually lamp itself is warm to the touch after an hour’s of use so you won’t burn yourself.
Here is the clamp. Its a 360 degree swivel and has a rubber clamp on the end. Works very well.

This is what its like when setup. Sorry about the dust conditions. Its the guestroom and no one ever uses this room. Its basically my private PE room:)
If you have any questions, I would be more than willing to answer them accordingly.
