The Newbie Routine
Hi Guys
I began the newbie routine recently and I was going fine for a week or so, then I began feeling some soreness on the left side of my knob so I’ve stopped for 3-4 days in hope the soreness would go away, it has :)
Now I think the soreness occurred as I was going to “hard” at jelqing now I have a problem I get hard fairly quick into jelqing say around 50 jelqs and I’m too hard to do anymore
I think maybe I pushed a lil too far and the soreness ocurred, does anyone have recommendations what to do about getting hard whilst jelqing?
Also the newbie routine says jelq for 20minutes? I don’t think that is possible for me since I get to hard, heres how my routine goes: warm wrap 5mins, begin jelqing.dick goes too hard, stop warm wrap again, jelq again.dick goes hard, stop jelq again.warm wrap for warm down
I haven’t been “kegelling” since I haven’t had time to find out what a kegel exactly is and I haven’t been stretching so wen I reboot now I hope to do everything, kegel, stretch and jelq
I’ll have a look around for how to kegel and stretch now but if someone could also point me in the right direction with some links I’d appreciate it
