Ended up taking 17 days off. The stress of moving & also had a serious battle with flu. My first flu in about 5 years. Damn Johannesburg winters.

Started again last week (Monday - Friday. Saturday & Sunday off).
Focused on diet & heat.
My routine has been very mixed because of guests I have had staying over. Trying to squeeze it in.
BUT my penis feels really great after the rest. Did loose a little in length but much more in girth & erection power.

My current list of exercises, normally spread over 2 sessions per day.
Heat. (our winter has been really cold & I can feel it affecting my penis).
1)Baseball-Bats (30 seconds long)
2)Baseball-Bats with Over Fingers Bend (30 seconds long)
3)Massage to erection - quick Kegels - long Kegel - 30 second ULI - Kegel - 30 Head pumps - Kegel - 440 Horse with a bend for 30 second - Rotate the penis - Dry Jelq Up
4)Kegels

I try for an hour in the morning & 20 minutes or so in the afternoon.

What is the best exercise to work the Corpus Spongiosum, the part underneath the penis if looking from above?? Please advise. Would like to have a really “strong” looking “muscle” underneath the penis like you see in porn videos.

I thought I was on the right path since the rest. But only this week I realized what works for me..

I highly recommend the rest ~ you miss the PE & can’t wait to jump back in ~ which means you will be more likely to have that fire again.

Mid September 2018 will be about one year since I started PE!!

So here is what works for me & I trust you can learn from it too?
A warm up is important, go for heat & a good erection. (if you can’t or not feeling it, come back later in the day)
Routine is important, you stick to the plan & do what is required.
Routine for me should start (after the warm up), with something like a ULI, I do 8.
(my ULI: erection, kegel blood in & I always think, “get it to 105% filled with blood”. I hold my ULI for 40seconds, then I kegel in more blood & hold for 30seconds, I kegel in more blood & hold for 20seconds. Then I go over into what I believe is called a “440 Horse”? I grab behind the head & pull in opposite directions for 30seconds. I then rotate my penis 360 degress, then slow Jelq up. Kegel as you like.
Then when your penis is plump, sometimes it will be a little unfomfortable, I might wait if it is too tired.
I then go into BTC, Baseball Bats etc.
I have seen the best results first doing ULI’s & then stretches.

Now I would like advice from the forum:
Please select A B or C & then why if you feel like it.

All this relate to stretches & doing it the exact same in every instance, if that makes sense.

A) Lets say you decide on 10 reps at 30seconds for each rep with a small break in between each rep (my current choice - but I think I should change)
Or
B) One continues stretch for 300seconds (the same time duration as doing A)
Or
C) Doing a rep for 30 seconds, relax but not letting go then back into the next rep (I would find this useful with BTC, as I hate doing it, so I am considering this option).

Then another question.
I do have some fat over my pubic area. FUPA. Not very bad, but I find it in the way & I am working on getting rid of it.
But does anybody know of clothing or rings or exercises that will help me with this be it with sex, PE or just to wear for comfort etc.

Does anybody have some tips/advice on how to last longer in bed?

Stating the obvious?

Maybe I am staying the obvious but I have come to realize that, getting gains is about a multitude of factors.

Combination of honing your PE (routine mixing it up ~, exercises, duration, intensity)
PE recovery. SLEEP!
Anabolic eating.
Intermittent fasting. (I’m currently at 3 days a week, not eating for 16 hours from dinner).
Maximizing your HGH production & release.
Maximizing Testosterone production & release. (2/4 free range eggs with supper, yolks very soft, whites cooked).
Lowering Estrogen levels (eating olive oil, avocado, leafy green veg, wild meat or grass fed meat).
Weight training & keeping your waistline at the best size.
Supplementing (Mixing it up form Red Ginseng, L-Arginine, Multi Vit, herbs, spices etc).
Meditation & breathing. (Not just setting aside time for meditation but being aware of my thoughts ;-)

I believe all of this will give me the best possible outcome for all the effort I have put in & will continue to put in.

I am only going to really start this from 12 November 2018.

Still need to get weights, penis pump & some good quality supplements.

My Best Growth Spurt, The Details

At one point I had major success, I need to get back there but this time I will do it even better.

I remember waking up one morning and my penis looked huge. Girth and length. As my wife was about to go downstairs from our room, I called her and said look here! She smiled and went downstairs. Anyway..

But it does take a strong will to get the results.

Start with,
Intermittent fasting. Stop eating as early as possible, say about 20:00. But I would carry on having coffee, booze etc.
No eating until 13:30, even better no eating until 18:30 but drink all the water you want!! 3 days a week, rest days in between.
When you do eat, no bad carbs. Only stuff like protein, good fats. Raw yolks, avocado, olive oil, tuna, good meat, full cream dairy, beetroot (hate it), cabbage, spinach, nuts etc. No bread, pasta, cereal, bad oils etc. Limited fruit, try watermelon, berries etc but go for cruciferous veg, onion, garlic, even potato in small amounts.
I work from home so I would put in 30minutes to 50minutes at 09:30 then another 7minutes before bed. Find what works for you. I like baseball bat stretches, and I think its called supras, also a kind of grip around my penis and balls pulling forward. I didn’t jelq. Find what works for you. Also after you exercise use a good oil or lotion or cream on your penis.
Supplement!!
Sleep!!
Reduce stress!!
Practice breathing!!

New Version Of An Old Exercise I Think

I hope this is a new variation on an old exercise.
I saw some really good results with the original version.

The original was called a baseball bat, I think, this is baseball bat screw with jelq, bbsj.

I turn my penis so that the glands are upside down (spriral penis)
Then pull out as far as possible.
Then using my other hand I slowly jelq up and down.

This is not for beginners!!
Take it slow, get use to it and then master it.

I really hope that it works and please use caution!

Short story.

The last year I have been doing penis exercises much less, I did gain weight and I have let my supplements taking be non existent.

About a month ago, I started some cardio. I hope to be doing weights soon. I’m also back doing PE with more intent using only two exercises. The baseball bat screw with jelq. The Supra. Plenty of Kegels!! As cash flow is a business’s lifeblood Kegels are the lifeblood to a happy penis.

Before I started being more focused I measured and I had lost about 1 to 2 cm in length, I could feel girth was less too.

I measured today and there are some really quick growth back.
Yes it could be swelling or ballooning but it feels good!!

I’m now even more intent on getting back in with full effort and I hope to be bigger than ever!

I have decided to get back into PE (pump and hands), dumbbell weight training and nutrition the best I can.

I have lost about 1.5cm but I intend on following Tom Candow’s formula to see if it works for me.

It could be that my measuring is not accurate. You asking that question actually made me think about my times and methods for measuring.

If it is not the measuring, I have noticed that. I do gain over time and then when I take time off I do loose some of my gains.

I do not know why this is. I have been going for 2 years now. Year one was really good as I was focused. Year two not that good as I was on and off. Wasn’t a good year for me (2nd year) personally and it showed in my PE too.

I started 2 weeks ago.

My program.

Spirulina
L-Arginine
Boran
Magnesium

Lifting heavy weights

Eating raw egg yolks

10 minutes PE, twice a day.
I do enjoy PE, so I normally do more.
I want to move onto. 20 minutes pump and 10 minutes hand PE.

My gains have been about 2 inches in length. Girth almost nothing and I really try!!
I’m hoping the pump will help and speed up length and girth.

Intermittent fasting is really important!!
Supplements and diet too. They are best friends.
You need good proteins and fats/oils and potassium with trace minerals to bring it all together. It forms a puzzle that is incredible.

Intermittent fasting. I like to stop eating and drinking at about 2100/2200 at night. Get 6-8 hours of sleep, no more!! I do however take meds/supplements and brush my teeth the next morning, no shakes. I will only drink water. I will break the fast at 1330, however if you can make it to 1830 it really does make a difference. When you break the fast you should eat something like canned tuna, 2/4 egg yolks as raw as possible and include olive oil or coconut oil if possible. I do it Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Moving to Monday, Wednesday and Friday. My biggest problem is coffee, I love the stuff and it can be tough to stick it out.

Coconut oil and olive oil is also good to use as moisturizer for that extra touch.

You will see and feel a huge difference.

I have been doing well. Seen some gains in my length but I’m still struggling with width. Been a real issue for me.

My only solution I think might be surgery or a pump. Think I will choose the pump.

I have modified my routine.

I keep adding and taking away.

My current routine,
Intermittent fasting
Supplements, very important
Weights or high intensity interval training
Good protein EG tuna
Good fats
Veg
Fruit, as a treat
Breathing exercises while doing PE
30 minutes per day PE while fasting

It really has surprised me how good all of these work together. The breathing was the last bit I have added. It really makes a big difference. Its incredible.

I will still add a pump, ring to my routine.

Obviously this is not my original idea. It is ideas I have put together from my own research.
If you guys want details, I’m happy to share but I don’t want to get into trouble as some of the info comes from sources you have to pay for. Maybe I won’t mention the product or supplier and just some detail as to what is needed.
