Start with,
Intermittent fasting. Stop eating as early as possible, say about 20:00. But I would carry on having coffee, booze etc.
No eating until 13:30, even better no eating until 18:30 but drink all the water you want!! 3 days a week, rest days in between.
When you do eat, no bad carbs. Only stuff like protein, good fats. Raw yolks, avocado, olive oil, tuna, good meat, full cream dairy, beetroot (hate it), cabbage, spinach, nuts etc. No bread, pasta, cereal, bad oils etc. Limited fruit, try watermelon, berries etc but go for cruciferous veg, onion, garlic, even potato in small amounts.
I work from home so I would put in 30minutes to 50minutes at 09:30 then another 7minutes before bed. Find what works for you. I like baseball bat stretches, and I think its called supras, also a kind of grip around my penis and balls pulling forward. I didn’t jelq. Find what works for you. Also after you exercise use a good oil or lotion or cream on your penis.
