Hey Fellow Exercisers,

I hope that someone can guide me in the right direction?

I started exercising September 2017 with not much expectation, soon I gained about 2cm. I went from 14cm to 16cm by December. I started taking it more seriously & aimed for a length of 23cm by December 2018. BUT I have been stuck at 18cm since February/March. I’m starting to feel a little despondent..

Please help me with this.

Should I change my routine completely?
Should I just perhaps increase the reps/sets or perhaps the duration of each exercise?
Should perhaps look at pumping? (something I want to do anyway).
Half of the tip of my penis has gone dark blue with tiny bumps? What is this?
The best way to Jelq?

My current routine:
Warm Up:
Warm shower
90 X 360degree swings
Routine:
12 X 40second, Baseball-Bats (stretch the penis out but also twist & pull in both directions)
4 X 40second, BTC’s
10 X 40second, Semi-erect pulling in opposite directions at tip & base (might be called reverse or modified ULI’s?)
4 X 40second, ULI’s (standard clamp the base with an ok-sign when erect)
50 X long Kegel’s
100/200 Wet Jelq’s
WarmDown:
Warm cloth

I use the wrong names for the exercises, sorry about that!
When I started off, I had hardly any knowledge, but I have been trying to increase my knowledge.

I would also like to add girth at the base of my penis. Currently my penis is shaped like a baseball bat.

Congrats on the gains, you gained 4 cm in 8 months. That’s not a plateau, that’s newbie gains, and extremely good newbie gains at that. The gains rate slows down for everyone around this time. Good advice given so far. Don’t despair, you will keep gaining, just at a slower rate.

I meant a decon break, your coming up on 9 months of PE and it may be a good time to take a couple weeks off to regroup. Many vets have said a week off every 6 weeks is helpful.

Constant heat as Titleist said is very helpful with your routine you’d need some kind of heat lamp.

Good job on the gains and good luck on future gains.

I don’t know if I can stop for an entire week? Seems crazy, hahaha, I might take it slow for a week, like 20 minutes Jelq or something like that in the shower.

For the last week or so I have done this-
Applied continued heat while exercising. Never believed that heat does anything but it really does!!
Focused on my diet. Canned tuna, eggs, veg, fruit. (will add supplements & whey protein this coming weekend, want to go past a good health store (finding it in JHB is impossible & Dis-chem, this pharmacy that stock good stuff like dried berries, nuts etc.) I believe this has made a huge difference, I can feel it in my erections & recovery/growth).
Heat + Diet = More, Quicker Reward (my opinion anyway).
I do an hour of dry-jelq, 440 horse, stretches, Kegels & ULI’s, all random and as I feel like changing, will do this for the next 2 weeks to see what happens.

Good news I think I might have gained 0.5cm & now at 18.5cm erect & my width has gone up slightly too almost at 15cm.
I have a modest target of 23cm & 17cm. Can’t wait!! (I think that is 9 inches & 7 inches?)

Will also start pumping from July 2018!! Very excited.

Need to work on my stress levels, I have way too much stress.

I can’t wait to test drive the new “me”, hahaha!!

Read the following on another website. Hope it is fine if I copy & paste it here. Props to all involved.

Been reading & doing a lot lately & I know my target will be reached & my health will be awesome.

“Here is the important info but the whole thing is a good read:
Start to Masturbate while squeezing your PC muscle a lot, short fast squeezes, (aka) Ballooning, try to get to a 100% erection, take your time,
Don’t try to get to the edge so fast. Once you come to the brink of orgasm then squeeze your PC (Regular Kegal) muscle long had hard (Edge) which puts you at
A 100% erection while simultaneously placing your OK grip at the base of your penis to trap that huge amount of blood and perform a (Uli), palms up or down,
I do up grip though for me or whatever feels good at that time. Then push forward a about .5-1”, if you cannot don’t worry about it just do the Uli squeeze.
Hold for 30 seconds. After the Uli this will put you at about a 80-85% erection. After you hold the Uli, do a (Dry or Wet jelq) with the hand that was holding the Uli,
All the way to the glands, the milk should last 10-15 seconds, then hold it at the top right under the head for another 10 seconds while pumping your PC muscle (Kegals)
Rapidly as you do the Jelq, as well as the squeezing really hard under the head. Your shaft will become greatly engorged then your head once you get to the last 10 second hold under the head.
Repeat 10-20 times. Total workout time 30-45 minutes or until you want to stop

BTW If you really want to get a even greater pump, here is the last bit that you might need, After you Jelq to the top and go into the squeeze under the head,
Come in with you other hand and grab the penis in another Uli and squeeze, now you are performing a Compression Isolation Squeeze (Horse 440), hold this for the same time
You are holding the squeeze under the head 10-15, or as long as desired. You can also throw some bends in after the horse for another 15-30 seconds.

The blue at the tip of your penis is probably blood from burst capillaries pooling.

The common wisdom is that you should do 2 days of workouts, then take 1 day off to recover.

And every once in a while, you take deconditioning breaks when your gains slow down, stall, or you get injured (like half of the tip of your penis turning blue…)

If it were me, I would take a good, long deconditioning break. You only have 1 penis. Is it worth it to fuck it up because you got impatient and didn’t want to just give it a rest for several weeks and just enjoy it for what it was designed for?

I firmly believe in minimalism when it comes to PE. You should do the minimum intensity and length that will still give you results. Anything more is increasing the risk (and severity) of injury. But that’s me and my penis… I like my penis. I want to keep using it for a LONG, LONG time.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Taking a small break seems to be the answer from many. (deconditioning). Tough to do as I have always played sport at a top level & taking breaks is the last thing you want. Yip you get programmed to practice, practice & then perform. Even when you are injured. Don’t believe the BS you see on TV about the good coaches & their sympathetic ears. Dog eats dog. But I have digressed..

Looking forward to performing soon, hahaha!!

I think I will finish this week & then go slow like 20 jelqs in a hot shower & some medium-erect ULI’s after I have a pee. Maybe for 2 weeks then back to a new improved program.

I think your still not getting what we’re trying to tell you so I’ll say it as plain as possible, stop. Period. End of story. Let it rest this is not a fucking sport it is PE it is your one and only dick. Deconditioning means you don’t do any form of PE.

OK, I get it. Hahaha, I really don’t want to loose any gains but rather loose a cm than loose the dick, never loose the dick.

First, congrats on your gains!

Second, I will echo kingscounty, now is the time to take a serious decon break. And by break, I agree, no PE at all. You will be tempted to do it, to cut the break short and start again too soon. Don’t do it. Let your tissues relax and soften, and it will make your next gains easier once you start back into a routine. If I were you, I would not restart until that blue skin completely healed, or at least 2 weeks, which ever was longer. Yes, you probably will lose a cm during the break, but don’t worry about it, you will regain it and more.

Finally, next time, stop immediately if you start seeing blue skin like that. While your skin heals take some time to read thru the injuries forum, so you know what can happen if you push yourself too much.
