The Plateau for Growth
Hey Fellow Exercisers,
I hope that someone can guide me in the right direction?
I started exercising September 2017 with not much expectation, soon I gained about 2cm. I went from 14cm to 16cm by December. I started taking it more seriously & aimed for a length of 23cm by December 2018. BUT I have been stuck at 18cm since February/March. I’m starting to feel a little despondent..
Please help me with this.
Should I change my routine completely?
Should I just perhaps increase the reps/sets or perhaps the duration of each exercise?
Should perhaps look at pumping? (something I want to do anyway).
Half of the tip of my penis has gone dark blue with tiny bumps? What is this?

My current routine:
Warm Up:
Warm shower
90 X 360degree swings
Routine:
12 X 40second, Baseball-Bats (stretch the penis out but also twist & pull in both directions)
4 X 40second, BTC’s
10 X 40second, Semi-erect pulling in opposite directions at tip & base (might be called reverse or modified ULI’s?)
4 X 40second, ULI’s (standard clamp the base with an ok-sign when erect)
50 X long Kegel’s
100/200 Wet Jelq’s
WarmDown:
Warm cloth
I use the wrong names for the exercises, sorry about that!
When I started off, I had hardly any knowledge, but I have been trying to increase my knowledge.
I would also like to add girth at the base of my penis. Currently my penis is shaped like a baseball bat.
