Sweet Spot?

I have been pumping for a while now. Probably my favorite way to PE. Would suggest to always get a gauge as it will make a difference in your PE. Think going to the gym and you have no idea what the weights are and one day you are doing 50kg one day you are doing 60kg or even 40kg thinking you are doing 70kg.

Remember gains/growth be it your penis/money/muscles must be tracked and managed.

Back to the sweet spot :-)

I bought a system (12 week program), which I’m not sure if I’m allowed to mention or not but for me it was a waste of money, bad customer service, couldn’t get my refund, regurgitated exercises but really good marketing, that is why I bought it (I hope I can mention it to save others!). But it did give me an idea and F them SOB.

Week1
Monday, jelq 100 then pump 10 minutes then cockring
Tuesday, pump 15 minutes then cockring
Wensday, rest
Thursday, jelq 100 then pump 10 minutes then cockring
Friday, pump 15 minutes then cockring
Saturday, jelq 100 then pump 10 minutes then cockring
Sunday, rest or whatever you want to do

I do use an NO2 supplement before I jelq and my PE is normally after my gym session.
I do use other supplements too EG minerals, vitc, vitd, Magnesium, clorella etc
I also use a facial gun on my penis whenever I feel like it, feels good and I do think it helps with bloodflow. Same goes for the penis stretcher, when I feel like it.

Adjust your PE as the weeks become more EG Week2 do jelq 150, up and down stretches 40 total, 15 min pump and cockring

This is my system. Please use it at your own discretion and abilities and go slow before you just go halfway or max with them the exercises and system for your penis. Your body, your penis, you know your limits and be safe.

Would love your feedback and please be honest. I love being wrong because it means I have learnt more and can improve.

Rest for your penis, sleep and supplements for me is really really important!!

This program I bought, which I wish I didn’t, make some really big claims to growth over a 12 week period, will keep you guys updated, as the refund they said I could get but which never materialized, really is not a good start.

I started a few years ago and have added about 5cm for lenght and about 1.5cm for girth, erect.

In your experience, how many days can you go without pumping before the girth goes back down (if you know) ?

With pumping I would suggest clamping/cockring afterwards for minimum 5 min, max 30 min if it is not to uncomfortable.

Could last up to a day max in my opinion. Obviously not fully pumped but still slightly pumped.

Try the jejqs then pump then clamping.

If you arw referring to permanent gains. I unfortunately can’t answer that. I have not gone that route of staying away for more than 2 weeks from PE.

I do recommend taking a short break every now and again. I normally do that mid winter. Just heat.

Thank you for the response. I will keep it in mind.
I had success with the newbie routine (3 months comittment) roughly 2 yrs ago, then pretty much stopped PE, with the gains remaining.
Now I’m on the newbie routine for another 3 months and if I don’t gain my desired girth and length by then, I will take my gauged leluv air pump from the basement.

Some guys find it easy to add girth, not me, it’s been a battle.

I once read that hanging adds base girth
