The question of the time of wearing the extender

I’ve been stretching with the пенимастер chrome extender for 2 weeks now. I can say that I’m almost completely used to it and figured out how to put it on.
I have a question. Now I wear it for 3-4 hours and gradually increase the tension, now it’s close to the maximum, to be honest, I’m not sure I chose the right length of the barbells, but that’s not the question.
I am a student and, to be honest, there is clearly not enough time in a day to wear it for 6-8 hours.
My question is: if I stretch for 5 days in a row for 3-4 hours and rest for 2 days, is this enough to see the result?
I myself believe that I will achieve what I want, rather it will just take more time, but I am ready for this. So, am I right or wrong, will 20 hours of stretching a week be enough? Moreover, I usually stretch out in the evening, about 6 hours before bedtime. I also try to do jelqing at least every other day. I think this will also help me achieve results.
