Wearing an Extender at work?

I’ve been going back and forth between getting the Phallosan Forte or the VacExtender to wear to work. I used the search function and couldn’t find any thread addressing this concern recently.

I was considering just pointing the extender down my leg. I usually wear compression boxer briefs (Under Armor Boxer Jock). My concern is my considerably large thighs. I have 28” quads. I’m not certain how obvious wearing a traditional extender would be.

At the same time, I have no idea what the Phallosan would look like in chinos. I’m guessing it’ll be a bulge right under my belt. Is this an issue that could be remedied by wearing a blazer?

I have a difficult time committing to manual exercise because I’m in consulting, and the hours can be brutal.

I’m really curious as to what has been successful to you guys. Do you guys think that I’m looking in the right direction? Do you have better alternatives to offer? What has worked for all of you?

Either option may be precarious but you’re not going to be able to wear it down your leg, it will be extremely obvious. With the right attire and belt position etc it may be possible to wear something around your waist like the Phallosan. I wear it out in public all the time, but not to work and I can choose clothes that cover it as best as possible. If you can fit in one of the smaller Phallosan bells that would help a little too. Use your head though and make it work if you really want to do it. I’ll hang a pair of keys off where I have a bulge in my waist to distract from it, so besides hiding it you may also be able to distract from it.

I don’t know if there is a stock configuration for the VacExtender to wear around the waist as I’ve never used it. If you can’t find what you’re looking for via native search try google and search ‘thundersplace + keywords’.

At work you wear in the up position. Loosen your belt and wear a shirt that doesnt tuck in. Go to the restroom every 60 to 90 minutes to release and allow circulation.

I have been using the phallosan forte at work everyday for last 2 weeks now. I wear it around the waste and also bought a strap to wear it wrapped aroubd my leg and under my foot. Lately this has been prefered as I can get a good stretch without worrying about any skin irritation from the belt.

I wear black business pants and have no issue with it being visible (medium phallosan bell).

I generally only wear it up at home and at night but will try it on a weekend shift.


Current routine - LG Hanger, 1 to 1.5hrs a day.

17-04-2017 to 19-06-2017 - 60hrs of hanging.

I’ve worn mine at work but the question is how long are you? If you are already fairly long then the bulb and suction accordion will stick way past your hips on the side. Wearing somewhat baggy pants or a relaxed fit pair of jeans should help disguise it but I had to untuck my shirt to cover the way it stuck out past my pocket. Wearing your phone clipped onto your belt should also help.

That is a good point I am not at that length, yet. Though it is the reason I am trying the strap around the leg, as if length becomes a problem that way, I have well en truely reach my goals.

It all depends on where you work as well, due to me being in a warehouse/logistics environment, I wear a fluro vest on top of a business shirt, easy to hide a chest / shoulder strap even if I was abit longer.


Current routine - LG Hanger, 1 to 1.5hrs a day.

I work in a more formal business casual environment. I absolutely have to tuck my shirt in.

My NBPEL is 6.” My BPEL is 7.” I can’t wear jeans to work, and I must tuck in my shirt.

I was definitely thinking about that. I have an overactive thyroid. So, I tend to overheat pretty quickly. However, I may be able to pull off a linen blazer. This is food for thought though. I may have to look into this further.

Geez I can’t believe you made it work down the leg at work. I tried it and it was way too visible, but I guess it depends on how baggy your pants are too. Down the leg has its advantages for sure.

I wear formal business black pants, and have to tuck my business shirt in. If it has been noticed, no one has said anything as rumours spread fast where I work and I’m sure I would have been confronted. Gives me confidence to try other ways of stretching throughout the day.

I never found the just below the knee strap any good when sitting down. But I found a way of weaving the strap around the foot to give a pull sitting down or standing up.

It really comes down to this: how bad do you want a bigger dick? Will people notice? Maybe. So what. Tell them it’s a colostomy bag and they’ll shut right up.
