Fully Erect While Wearing Extender

Sometimes I get rock hard erection while wearing my extender, especially after a workout session and wonder if that is inductive to penile growth if that occurs more often. Have you had similar experience?

You can also use a meditation technique. Try to focus your thoughts on something non-sexual while slowly breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. This works for me every time.

Yes it happens and if I just wait 5 min it will go away. It is rare when I need to remove the device, but it has happened a few times over the last 2-3 years.

It happens to me frequently with a vacuum extender. Having mild ED, I view it as a good thing.

I also use a vacuum extender so I do not have to take it off while it happens. When the excitement subsides the apparatus points down and I go on with business as usual. I actually enjoy the experience as it’s painless and my BPEL in the extender is actually over 0.5 inch more than it is without wearing the extender, then it must be a good thing, I reckon.

I hate when I get hard in the extender. Doesn’t feel like I have any elasticity at all when that happens. If I can’t get it to go down, I take the extender off cuz I know the session would be useless.
