Lay a ruler on top of your erect penis. For BPEL, press the ruler as far as you can to the pubic bone. For NBPEL, just place the end of the ruler at the point where your penis meets your abdomen.

Measure on the top with the ruler vertical for consistent measuring. Jam it all the way in until it hurts while you have your biggest erection and you have your Bone-pressed measurement.
