Thoughts about no gains
After uncountable hours here reading all types of relates I face several types of conditions and stories, and one thing that chills me to the bone is the idea of never gaining..
The “normal” is start gaining after some months, but After my search, I kinda figure out two things:
-consistence is crucial
-do not overdo it
I’m not talking about “advanced” routines ( advanced techniques with devices, plateau, all that deacon stuff and etc ), nor about Incredible inch gains in only a few weeks, but is very uncomfortable to think about not gaining anything.
So these are my thoughts ( talking about the first gains ): if after 2-3 months of the same routine without ANY gains, Is highly recommended to try new things ( new stretchings, longer/shorter sessions, changing the on/off days schedule ); but you need time to try those new settings and patterns ( maybe 1-2 month? To see things start working )
Started the “newbie routine” 3-1 one week ago, and plan to go exactly with this for the next 2 months, without gains in that period, I would try adding little things for the next month ( especially about length-focused stretches ), if nothing works; trying different routines focused on length.
My routine so far:
-5min Hot wrap ( maybe increase the heating source )
-10 min manual stretch (1min each direction)
-100 wet jelqs ( they said jeans important, but more focused on girth, so do not plan to change it )
-5min Hot wrap
Maybe some random stretches during the day
If even after that period I do not gain, I will give out and accept my poor and miserable existence alone in the void..
Kidding! I really don’t expect this to happen, especially at the beginning of my PE journey, but I will be forced to somehow buy those stretching devices and pray.
I not much interested in advanced techniques now ( of maintaining gains after years and years of PE ) ; but as far as I’ve read, I don’t think is much intelligent keeping with the same first routine for more than 4 months if any gain is seen..
But I REALLY want to be the guy here after 6 months asking how to cement my gains!

Goals: +1inchNBPEL (6.5Inch NBPEL)
