Thoughts about no gains

After uncountable hours here reading all types of relates I face several types of conditions and stories, and one thing that chills me to the bone is the idea of never gaining..
The “normal” is start gaining after some months, but After my search, I kinda figure out two things:
-consistence is crucial
-do not overdo it
I’m not talking about “advanced” routines ( advanced techniques with devices, plateau, all that deacon stuff and etc ), nor about Incredible inch gains in only a few weeks, but is very uncomfortable to think about not gaining anything.

So these are my thoughts ( talking about the first gains ): if after 2-3 months of the same routine without ANY gains, Is highly recommended to try new things ( new stretchings, longer/shorter sessions, changing the on/off days schedule ); but you need time to try those new settings and patterns ( maybe 1-2 month? To see things start working )
Started the “newbie routine” 3-1 one week ago, and plan to go exactly with this for the next 2 months, without gains in that period, I would try adding little things for the next month ( especially about length-focused stretches ), if nothing works; trying different routines focused on length.

My routine so far:
-5min Hot wrap ( maybe increase the heating source )
-10 min manual stretch (1min each direction)
-100 wet jelqs ( they said jeans important, but more focused on girth, so do not plan to change it )
-5min Hot wrap
Maybe some random stretches during the day

If even after that period I do not gain, I will give out and accept my poor and miserable existence alone in the void..
Kidding! I really don’t expect this to happen, especially at the beginning of my PE journey, but I will be forced to somehow buy those stretching devices and pray.

I not much interested in advanced techniques now ( of maintaining gains after years and years of PE ) ; but as far as I’ve read, I don’t think is much intelligent keeping with the same first routine for more than 4 months if any gain is seen..
But I REALLY want to be the guy here after 6 months asking how to cement my gains!

Half of my gain come in the first 4 weeks and the other half in my 6 first months. After that almost nothing.

To be honest, the thing that most intrigues me is probably the rest days. Maybe considering do the 2on2off now.
Still learning how exactly do the things, but people say you actually “grow” while sleeping

After a search through some stats, I could see how most gains mostly come in the first months (aka newbie gains); but most people just keep the same routine for months even without any gains and eventually give up. I’m impressed with stats like yours. You could maintain a stable growth rate and this is striking.

I’m stalled at 17,5 for over 3 months, had a few bad PI’s and had to slow down.

I think PE is about tear and heal, a very thin line.

Just two days ago I got back to hanging and some hardcore manuals, feeling a real good fatigue and a plumped flaccid, great EQ also.

Yes. Mine aren’t those exact numbers, but I completely agree with that concept.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

I also been plateued for a long time. My guess for not/very slow gaining is, perhaps, I’m circumcised and having less good (shaft) skin. When I do BPFL, my pubic skin will follow stretched out too, I mean it’s produced a tight stretched out pubic skin. So, I’m assuming that I have less shaft skin, tight erection, a little bit of TN, these make me slow gaining. I don’t know.

I was using a pump and extender for nine months before I started to see measurable gains.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Gains are very subjective. One might not gain for 10 months, and then by 11 months he will have gained a half inch. While another man might steadily gain .1 every two months. They both gained the same length of a half inch within 11 months, though. That was an example that something like this is very common.

This is why, consistency is everything.

Warm up for at least 10 minutes. Signs of a good warm up are penis becoming softer and with veins more apparent.
