Thoughts on 1 on, 2 (or 3) off routine?

Meant to post this in the Main Member forum, but I can’t start new threads there yet (understandable).

I was wondering how many members here have tried a 1 on, 2 (or even 3) off approach using just manual exercises. What kind of results did you get? I did a search and couldn’t find much on this specifically, mostly just information about people who noticed gains after extended breaks. I’m wondering, if extended deconditioning breaks lead to gains for some when they start back up, isn’t it possible that a lighter routine (i.e. 1 on, 2 or 3 off) to begin with could lead to steady gains throughout and in essence, partially take away from the need for decon breaks? If anyone has tried this, it would be great if they could share their experiences. Everyone’s thoughts would be appreciated.


On and off since 2007

Started (October 2007) at: 5.5 BPEL x 4.75 EG

Last Did PE (March 2012) at: 6.00 BPEL x 5 EG

That all depends on how your erection level is after a good night of sleep, how sore you are the next day, and how badly you bruise. Most newbies can get away with a light routine about an hour a day for five maybe six days a week. Seasoned vets such as myself perform more intense routines with more time off in-between. Simply put if you can’t get an erection before noon the next day either cut it back a bit or give yourself another day off. The same goes for bruising and tenderness when you massage your penis.

Deconditioning breaks are not a bad idea after a few months of PE when gains slow to a hault and you require more rest in order to heal. Usually most people at this point trade PE for other aspects of their life and pick back up when PE becomes exciting again either for a week or up to two or three months. The important thing to remember is that after this time off you will need to start back up with newbie routines for a while or half of what you used to do at least the first four to six weeks.

Well I started on 2 days on 1 off. But then my gains stalled so I upped the intensity to 3 days on 1 off.

It has been 2 weeks now and I’m still getting awesome PI’s . Keys to gains are gradually increase the intensity, adequate rest.KEEP A EYE ON YOUR PI’s.

So far I have been doing PE routine for 3 to 4 months religiously missing only a couple days. I have gained BPEL 0.81” and EG 0.31”

My routine is one day on two days off, but I am thinking of changing my routine to divide stretching and jelquing/pumping to different days. because my gains are not very promising last months, but it is winter time and my IR is not in use [maybe that caused to hinder recovery].


Pre PE-01/aug/09----6.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG

Now ----------------7.5" BPEL, 5.6" EG

Short term goal------8.0" BPEL, 6.0" EG

Interesting. And how long did it take you to gain that one inch of BPEL doing one day on and two days off? Thanks for the feedback.
