Thrombosed vein just under glans-- Can I hang w golf weights on the base of shaft?

Thrombosed vein just under glans-- Can I hang w golf weights on the base of shaft?

Hey all,
I’ve had a pesky T vein right by the glans diagnosed by a uro for a while. Over 5 months at this point. I I have done 0 PE in this time, but beating off does aggravate it unfortunately. That’s a separate issue I’ve been dealing with and improving on, nofap / pornfree. But my T vein will usually feel a bit better after 4-5 days of no touching, then I will give in and relapse a bit and then it will go back to being uncomfortable…. it goes between non-bothersome but slightly swollen and I can feel a difference in the vein w/ my finger, to slightly uncomfortable when moving the foreskin. So I feel like I after a week of nofap, I am closer to healing fully but I haven’t been able to actually fully heal.

My main question is would it be a bad idea to use circular golf weights to hang in the mean time? Because it may be over a month until my T vein is healed. Would it be bad for my T-vein at all, considering that the golf weights would be on the base, far from the head, which is where the T vein is? I wouldn’t do any jelqing or hanging around the head or anything that affects near the glans. I am trying to not beat off for a solid 30 days or so to heal the T vein once and for all but it is difficult. Thanks.

Don’t do it.

Don’t PE until it has healed and masturbation or sex don’t re-aggravate it. Then wait another 3-6 months to be sure.

Lol, not what I wanted to hear but you’re probably right… But how would weights on the base, causing hanging which only stresses the base, affect the head? Would it even make sense to start with barely any weight and see if my T vein remains not painful? Keep in mind after 3-4 days of no PMO (porn/masturbation/orgasm), I am usually back to not feeling discomfort when retracting the skin over the glans. So lets say I wait a week, the T vein is palpable but besides that there are no symptoms of discomfort. Then I do the light hanging, maybe 1 hour a day with barely any weight, still with no PMO. If the T vein remains painless, wouldn’t that mean that the weight and duration I am using is less irritating than PMO? Thanks .

I don’t have any experience with hanging, so I can’t address your points, hopefully someone with more experience can chime in, but when I first started PE, I did get too impatient and injured myself a couple of times.

From my personal experience, and everything I’ve read here on the forums over the years, the consensus is that when you get an injury, you should cease all PE until it has completely healed, and then wait a bit longer just in case.

You have just the one dick.

If you fuck it up, you have NO dick.

Any size dick is better than no dick.

How did you get the thrombosed vein by the way?

True. I guess I have waited this long so I can wait some more, but it is hard since I say I will be PMO free for 1 month before I PE again, hoping that will be enough time to heal but I should give it more than 1 month, like 3 as you said. I am not sure how I got the T vein since I didn’t notice it. I do remember feeling some irritation in that same region after sex about 9 months ago, but I thought it was just foreskin irritation. but I only realized there was a small lump there about 6 months ago. So yes it was probably reaggravated to become symptomatic 6 months ago by not warming up. I guess patience is a virtue.

If it’s treatable, definitely have it treated.

T veins are one of those tricky things where they don’t really have a treatment the uro can give. Just many suggestions as how you can get rid of it yourself. Aspirin is commonly said to help but my uro said this was partly just that patients want to hear the uro say something will help, even though it is undecided if it does help. since aspirin affects platelets so will help prevent more clots but won’t help the clot aka thrombus that is already there break down.

The uro 5 months ago told me it would go away eventually… It hasn’t yet. Probably because of PMO. I am currently taking nattokinase/serrapeptase together on an empty stomach, but I have tried things like daily aspirin for about 2 weeks. I currently use a hot rice sock for about 10 minutes, like 3 or 4 times a week. I guess I could do more of this, but sometimes I wonder if it even helps. I also use Erosets Vein oil daily.

Right now, on my 3rd day of no PMO, I now feel no discomfort when retracting the foreskin. So the only reason I know it is a T-vein is I can feel a small lump in the vein and see that it is blue under the skin, and it is a bit smaller than a rice grain. Normally, between 3 and 7 days of self control, I heal the T vein to this point and then get an urge to watch porn and end up relapsing a few times and feeling the discomfort again. Stupid, I know… Had several urges today but I’ll go to bed an ignore them. Hopefully 2 more weeks of this and I will be fully healed.

Long shot here, but wondering if this ever healed for you? Same thing happening to me now for about five months. It’s depressing.
