I know this is the newbie forum and I’m confined to it for a little bit.. That being said, we all know P.E works, what I would like to find out is what is the correlation between time put in vs growth.. Some people take 2 years for 2 inches yet they dedicate maybe 5 hours a week to P.E. If I were to dedicate longer (15+ hours) the logic behind it is that I should get gains at a much faster pace.. Correct? Maybe somebody can shed light a little light on this or have some opinions.

In this one way, I think PE is very similar to bodybuilding. It takes time to grow muscle. If you work out three times as hard to try to grow muscle, it probably won’t work and you will overtrain. PE seems to be the same. But, when it comes to things like extenders, it seems like the more you can extend the better. So extending is an exception.

I completely get this, I work from home, so I got all the time in the world as a single guy with no roommates.. I hang usually 5 days on and 2 days off and on those hanging day, I do 3/4 hours. Plus I use a bathmate, is this too much? I feel the ligament exhaustion sometimes sooner than others but I don’t have any pain or anything like that. I know P.E is a dedication game and it’s for the long run but of course, I’m trying to maximize the results as much as possible. I have heard before that it’s quite difficult (almost impossible) to overtrain with hanging unless actual pain is involved.

Give it time and use constant heat.

Also studies about connective tissues shows that the enlogation will hit a plateau after 6-7 hours. So after that not only the work is unsuccessful but you risk an injury.

Overtraining is the biggest enemy for gains. If extending for 15 hours was the key we would hear gains of 5-6 inches. With 5 hours we have an enlongation, with 10-15 hours we have an injury.

What about Stretching/jelquing/pumping AND THEN extending ? Would the same rates apply ?

I use an electric heat pad as I hang! Also, I do max 4 hours a day sorry if it seemed I did 15 hours a day that would be outright insane haha. I mean 15 hours on average a WEEK! Sorry for the confusion.

I believe that one should not go for more than 5-6 hours PE every day. I cant say for sure but i think that intense stretching or fulcrum stretching after the extender is the best approach.

Interesting. Do you think that it’s the best approach because you manual stretch a pre-stretch unit, so the stretch is even more pronounced ?

Me I was thinking stretching+extending first because the extender would maintain the stretch level acquired during the manuals.

Yes. The low tension stretch from the extender applied for many hours is the best way to cause creep deformation. When you reach creep deformation the tissue has less resistance to micro-tears.
The same can apply with hanging(low weight).

The only good thing to wear the extender after the manual stretching or hanging is because it adds to the total time under tension.

There is no need to stretch the penis while its healing. The penis will never heal in a shorter state because that only happens when there is scar tissue production or an injury.
