Time off

Hey guys, I performed 20 jelqs yesterday and feel fine 24 hours later. (being cautious starting because of an injury I got a couple years back) When I touch my penis it dosent have any pain putting y finger on t he skin or pressing down into it. One thing however I noticed is the dick feels a little firmer when I press into it and not as spongey? Is this firmness normal and not a part (sign of hard flaccid) or anything negative like scar tissue, its not a lot, just a little.(I guess this is normal for what we put our dicks through?)

My second question, I wanted to know everyone’s opinion on off days and how many days to do PE (minimum to see results) I know a lot of people do everyday, but are bodies we don’t workout everyday (or very few people see the best results from this when we see their bodies) I know the dick is completely different, but don’t we need some off days? I’ve seen certain exercises people say they do 5 days on (ie hanging) but is their ever days that vets give their dick a rest? Or will this effect gains(I don’t think it should if you take 1 day off)
Whats everyone opinion on this? When you’re a rookie (it should be everyday and will still see good results and show that discipline and consistency, and once results have been achieved to keep them and add new ones and been in this for a year/two you CAN if you wish go to 6 days?) I don’t think I will be the type to push myself close to the boundaries (limits) not anytime soon, or go too fast because of past experience, I’m trying to build up my tolerance slowly and see where I’m at. I guess it could just be an inner bodything everyday and how your dick feels after what you put it, through, 1 day.or, an accumulation of days, and you have to make the call, at./during that point? If anyone could shed their ideas on this I would really appreciate it, especially from the vets, what they did starting/and do different nowadays BECAUSE Of, what.. They’ve been though, and also what they feel works(ed) best.
