Time Under Tension Vs Rest Time
Hi all, I’ve been using the totalman vacuum hanger for a few weeks and have a question about the ‘time under tension’ theory. It seems to be accepted by quite a few people here that more time stretching/hanging equates to more length gains. Currently, my routine is about 1.5-2 hours stretching in the mornings and 5 days on 2 days off. The amount of time for each session is limited by the vacuum on the glans wanting to cause blisters.
I’ve recently found that in addition to my morning stretches, I can repeat that same 1.5-2 hour session in the evening without any noticeable hit to EQ or risk of blisters. I just wanted to get people’s thoughts on any benefits of increasing total time under tension with two sessions per day versus having the longer period of rest between single daily sessions.
