I was going to elaborate more .

Seems to me that the people need to be mindful of how they execute the exercise .

Not just pull on their meat without keeping in mind the proper hand placement .

For the inner pull , you need to get your grip under the CC’s to be effective as designed .

Also how much pull is being used .

Do you try to pull it off the body , or coax it to a longer state ?

This isn’t rocket science , but paying attention is what gives benefits .

I’m always refining my exercises myself . You can always get better at them .

Improving my Best Friend in 3 Dimensions.

I’m a complete newbie at PE and have been doing this (http://thub.eadulthost.com/ ) now for a little over 3 weeks.

I’ve already gained about one centimeter to my length (from 15 to 16) and the flaccid size seems also bigger, though I didn’t measure that. Girth seems about the same, maybe a few millimetres, but so far I’m very happy, didn’t think I’d notice any differences this fast.

Any ideas what to add for girth?

Probably switching to the Newbie Routine would help. It’s a balanced routine with a lot of positive results for people over a 10 year period. Unfortunately initial gains often aren’t a great indicator of the efficacy of a routine. A beginning PEer can often start almost anywhere and achieve gains. If you want to test this routine, then I suggest you continue with it and see what happens. Let us know 2 months down the line.

Well, in that case I would do ONE THING, absolutely effortless compared to what I did then.

What’s the ONE THING?

Well, first let me tell you what it’s NOT. It’s not a prescribed regimen or routine with specific intervals. You decide how much you want to do, and when. Something that has changed very recently for me: I used to talk shit about heat because I didn’t use heat and I got gains, but the real thing was it was just too damned difficult for me. We have never had a microwave, so a rice sock was out of the question, and I couldn’t figure out a practical way to apply heat. If you can do it, apply higher-than-body heat for a few minutes first.

And then do just ONE THING.

And do it for thirty days.

And tell me if it works for you.

The ONE THING is the thumb-fingers “pinch pull” I describe on my site (tom-hubbard.thundersplace.org). And I don’t really go into much detail, because there’s not much detail to go into. But as far as I can tell, no matter how much force you apply, it’s almost impossible to do damage.

With the “traditional” recommendations of an “OK” grip and lubricant recommended in newbie routines, it is startlingly easy to bruise your dick and pop capillaries. With the pinch grip, not at all.

When I try to enter the site you mentioned I cant find it. Can someone explain this “pinch grip” he is mentioning, or send pictrures/video on how it works?
Unfortunately the regular OK grip seems to do damage on my penis, or at least lessen my EQ alot for days after doing it, even though I dont use that much pressure(as well as doing less than 100 strokes, taking probably 3-5min excl stretching and warmup).

So you just hold it with the index finger, the middle finger and the thumb? That isnt quite jelqing then since it doesnt force blood forward?

I used the pinching grip yesterday when I jelqed, and im not sure if i did it right because with lube its really hard to use the fingertips since you slip so much. But HEEEELL my EQ was through the roof this morning(and usually the day after its dead).

But it feels like this type of grip is more for elongation than for thickening, am I correct? I will use it for a couple of months and then combine it with pumping! Thanks alot!

Dry jelqs are not done with lube. :)

Haha I know, but I used a type of pinching grip during wet jelq… Never done the dry jelq….
And a question by the way, how do you people with foreskin hold the penis while stretching? I have always found it hard to grip in a good way, so I use a 4 finger grip on my penis head… Any other type of grip and it seems to “roll off” with the foreskin :/ Any tips? Is the 4 finger grip bad?

I wet jelqing using the pinch grip or more like the C grip both wet and dry. And when I wet jelqing I leave my foreskin over the head and don’t bother with that. And it’s just working fine for me.

Why hassle around and waste energy on the foreskin solution.. when you can leave it over your head and get full focus on your jelqing session?

I understand what you are saying but i think you misunderstood me.. I dont have a problem with the foreskin while jelqing, i do the same as you - just let the foreskin be over the head. But the problem is while STRETCHING, if i ignore my foreskin and pull it, the tunica wont stretch just the foreskin. Thats why i asked if there is some solution for a good grip for stretching with foreskin….?
