I think the jelq sticks were an interesting idea and once people started adding foam, they became an even better idea but they are still tricky and potentially capable of horrible injury in some other variants. The AFB however is probably the simplest most effective hanger design, I know of, especially with the modifications made by Piet.

I would hope people do get results. It looks very similar to other routines that we know work, so it should. But it’s potentially biased towards stretching and has a potential for baseball bat shaping.

I don’t see any need to add comments on my site. I can be sufficiently pilloried here.

I imagine any routine where the penis is stretched outward , if not modified , could result in the ball-bat shape .

You have to be mindful of the effect your getting .

Is there any penis enlargement length technique that does not involve stretching the penis outward?

In my mind , where you grip the inner penis and how you grip , could make a lot of difference in the outward expression of the exercise .

Hi Penewbie,

I closed Tom’s account. After his whole holocaust-mythology bit he asked for his site here to be taken down. His promotion of his latest site here was pretty hectic before then but afterwards he went into heavy promotion mode. I asked him repeatedly to stop and he repeatedly promised to do so. I have been the one clearing up after each of his visits and having to post corrections after his posts. It may seem silly but it was his recent foray into the Spanish forums to promote his stuff that really got to me.

I don’t know his motivations and in many ways I’m sorry to see him go because I’ve spent a lot of time working with him and talking over the past year or so but it was also pointed out that in many ways hosting his content made it seem like we were recommending it.

Yeah, odd. Indeed.

Oh well.

Hey Tom,

Newbie here that took your One Thing challenge starting Jan 1, so 2 months in.

Here is my routine:
5 min warmup
10 min stretching, starting extremely light so extends the shower warm up
2 sets of the 3 step per hand (120 jelqs total)
5 min warm down

For me less is def more.. I started with the full 5 sets ea for my first week but ended with a minor ligament injury. So I stopped for 2 weeks completely and came back with extremely light stretches and 1 set per hand for a month; at a 1 on and 1 off schedule. Just recently added a second set and slowly increasing the stretch tension. The ligament issue is still keeping me from overworking. I am now up to a 2 on 1 off schedule.

The results:
Starting:
EL 6”
EG 4”

Current:
EL: 6.4375”
EG: 4.3125”

That in nearly a 25% volume increase, on an extremely light routine, with taking a 3 week break, in just 2 months!

I am super encouraged by this. I have learned a ton in the last 2 months and can read my bodies response to tension immediately. I know that a lot of the gains are just EQ improvements but that is just fine, I will take it.

I appreciate your feedback. Pushing 60 years old, I don’t go instant-wood like a few decades ago, so can’t realistically evaluate this routine from the standpoint of someone a lot younger. I can say, though, that I believe the 3-Step/Jelq 2.0 can be safely done with full erection. As always, though, my ultimate recommendation is that you pay attention to your body, and do what feels right to you.

As of now I am only using your routine and I can say that my flaccid hang is a lot better.

I do believe I’m suffering from porn-induced ED and I cannot get a full erection, but my semi-erection has seemed to gone up in hardness

I will keep you posted about what happens to me

When you grip pull , try to grip only the CC’s .
I use the glans only as a back drop for pulling .
Not directly pulling on it .
