:) Apologies. I think the jelq sticks were an interesting idea and once people started adding foam, they became an even better idea but they are still tricky and potentially capable of horrible injury in some other variants. The AFB however is probably the simplest most effective hanger design, I know of, especially with the modifications made by Piet.

I would hope people do get results. It looks very similar to other routines that we know work, so it should. But it’s potentially biased towards stretching and has a potential for baseball bat shaping.
