I have tried pe before but only in short spurts. I will try this technique and let you know. I think it is something I can stick to since it seems like less of a complicated deal than I was doing before. See you in 30 days!

Has anyone noticed that with an erection the headpulls give you read spots?

You should not do head pulls with an erection. This 3-step stretching exercise is meant to perform flaccid! But the jelq pull part can be done att max 50% erect.

Interesting. I thought all 3 were to be done at 50-70%.. That is how I am doing the routine and it seems to be doing really good with positive signs and gains.

Where is Tom Hubbard?

When I wake with wood , I grab him and do my P-P-Jelqs .

He’s pretty hard , but I pinch him enough to get blood moving .

So far he has a SFL - 7.5 - 8 ” most days .

It seems to be effective .

I have been doing a set after masturbation with a slight erection but otherwise everything else is while soft. I was doing this for about three Weeks in February and stopped (but continued jelqing) and noticed a negative effect on gains. I also do a few sets of the three step jelq on rest days.

Doesn’t it seem like when people start promoting their PE products they lose touch with the community. I don know, it just seems to me like every time that happens the member stops helping others and focuses on helping himself.

Maybe I was doing something wrong. I tried this technique and after about a week, I got a vein that had appeared under my head and it was slightly painful to touch. It went away but I had to take a week off. I am probably gonna butcher the name, but I believe it was called the thrombose vein. To me I thought that it was working cause it seemed to be pushing more blood through, but I wasn’t for sure. Anyone else have this issue?

I have had that happen also. When we first start PE we can become overly enthusiastic and pull, squeeze or otherwise over train our unit.

The good news is that the vein will heal in a few weeks and you can still do your exercises around the problem.

The one thing pulls Tom was recommending aren’t supposed to be done forcefully at all, so having a damaged vein as a result tells you that you were going at it too hard.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Thanks for the input. After a couple more months of stretching and jelqing I might try this again.

I kind of missed the boat here. Can anybody describe the technique for me, any pictures of it?
