I appreciate the feedback. Not only more powerful, but much safer as well.

Has anyone simply done this in the shower, warming up Jr in a warm shower and then performing the exercise? Thank you for the information, I am more then curious and might be a future success story!

I’ve just recently incorporated the pinch-pull method you advocate on your site and I’ve experienced nothing but positive PI’s with little to no turtling within the last 2 days! I had just finished my 1st month on the JP90 routine (90-day noob PE routine) and actually lost .5” off my initial BPEL & EG. I believe the OK grip was the primary reason. I’ve not currently measured myself but can already see EQ and flaccid length & girth improve significantly without the use of a ring or strap. I will also start incorporating your hanging method soon. Thanks for your legendary contribution to the PE world.

I have put in your pinch pull 3- stages pull in my morning session when I’m doin my stretching and fulcrum stretches.

I’m doin 5 reps inner penis, 5 reps shaft, 5 reps head pull stretches.. then repeat with the other hand!

And I’m doin these pinch pulls- jelqs- streches after my stretches witch is in several stages.

For example after warmup I do 2, 5 minutes hold straight out stretch, then after that pinch pulls.. carry on with 2, 5 upward stretch hold, pinch pulls.. right upward fulcrum stretch 5 min.. pinch pull and so on.. nice and easy!

I have been doin these 2 weeks now and so far so good!

Great flaccid hang and sometimes I doin 10 pinch pulls just on shaft after some jai-stretches When iI must take a pee.. and that is quite often.

Well its time to update my 1 month results. Like I mentioned before, I added these in addition to my girth oriented routine of clamping/pumping. Definitely like the feel as opposed to the standard jelq and definitely feel more thoroughly worked with this method.

I am happy to report that in the month of adding these pinch pulls I have added 1/16” to both BPEL and MSEG. I am not sure if it was the pumping, the clamping, the all day wrap, or the pinch pulls that contributed to this growth the most or if they all worked together in their own way but I am happy to say the least. These are the first erect gains I’ve had since April so even though its not a massive gain, I am just as excited to see how things progress throughout the coming months. Definitely keeping this as part of my normal routine now.

Haha.. agreed dookie..
This pinch pulls feels much better than the “OK” grip. I have better control working the CC and pushing blood to the head that’s getting pumped within just a few strokes.

And the best of all is that you always jelqing in the safe zone with the pinch pulls technique :-)

Here’s one thing I’ve noticed .

After I do a kegal , and pull the blood up my shaft , I let go the kegal .

I feel my shaft release and get longer .

Have any of you felt this ?

You’re most welcome—glad to hear it’s working for you! And also glad that flaccid improvement isn’t just me, though at this point I’m starting to get a little self-conscious about the flaccid size, so would tentatively say “increase” instead of “improvement.” Maybe it’s just because I spent my first two decades of adulthood with 3” that almost two decades later pushing beyond 6” flaccid (at times) seems to me a little obscene.

As of today, I have some days with privacy, so can experiment with pullback/turtling and different amounts of weight (don’t recall any back in the dinosaur days, but six pounds – <3 kg – isn’t exactly extreme by T-Place standards). In terms of immediate results, the 3-stage or 3-step (or whatever I’m calling it this week) pinch-pull routine is rather awesome, and as you said, temporary gains tend to persist (unlike pumping): OK, so maybe a half hour later I whip it out to piss and it seems normal but some time later in the day I do again and it’s just freakin’ HUGE.

I’m wondering, once again, if hanging is even necessary. Regardless, it certainly won’t hurt. Unless it does, in which case, you’re doing it wrong.
