Hey guys, i was curious… is it possible to be too conditioned to gain? I ask because my penis feels very very conditioned and im shocked. Ive only been PEing for 4 months and have mostly only been doing intense jelqing and stretching. Now im sure in my case that after 2-4 weeks off i will hopefully losen up and be able to work again. Or i really hope that will do it. But is it possible to put your penis in like a permanent defense mode to the point of no more gains? Has anyone else experienced this with jelqing? And also is there any way to speed up or help the deconditioning process with masaage or heat?

Hi Ryshea95, It is possible. Going too hard can sometime cause your member to become tough. This is why it’s important to only use as much force as required to promote gains. Another possibility is that you need to very your workouts or increase intensity. Now that you have been doing PE for 4 months, you are ready for the more advance exercises. The exercises that you use all depend on what your goal are.

I would suggest adding something new to your routine. Change things up to keep your body guessing. It is said that this will help promote growth.

Thank you i beam i appreciate the response…. but im kinda in shock and alittle upset… i dont understand how its possible that i conditioned myself this much… very aggravated that i ramped it up so soon and wish i really paid more attention to the importance of going slow and rest days…. theres people that have done much more intense things like clamping and high pressure pumping and still gain after that. So i have to still be able to gain right? Im just fustrated and dont know where to go with my PE career at this point

I can understand why you are upset. Just understand that you will go many months sometimes without gains. It’s just a part of PE. You will try things and fail, then learn from your mistakes. The ones who persist through the low times are the ones who will grow in the end.

I took a 6 week decon break last summer. It gave me time to reflect on the mistakes that I made. I made a plan to start off slow. I came back to PE and had gains right off the bat. My mistake is that I got right into clamping at about 6 months in. Too soon. Clamping for girth should be held as a last resort(in my opinion) This halted my gains right away. It took me another 3 months to realize that I wasn’t growing any more. Then the decon brake. I lost about 1/8th inch on both length and girth, but gained it back soon after restarting. We’ve all been through times like this.

Hang in their. You will feel refreshed after 6 months. And remember that not everyone gets 1” gains in 6 months or a year. Not me that’s for sure.

And yes qwe ive been at a stand still for about 6 or 7 weeks with a total of .3 length .15 girth

Thats so on point that you asked that bc i think thats where i went wrong…. i stopped using heat out of fear of damaging my balls i read that here on TP… what do you do as far as heat?

How do you tell the difference between not gaining just because you aren’t gaining and not gaining because you have toughened up. I normally do 5 on two off and have an extra week off every 5th week.

Well bent cock there is no way to 100% say for sure i dont think. There can be alot of factors of not gaining in general. But for my particular situation…. i just noticed that my unit is just tough, my erectile tissue is just more dense and tough, my elasticity seems to be less. Overall my dick just kinda seems to be in “defense” mode right now from the training ive been doing. Even though im sure i could push through it and up the intensity to gain some more i think with the way my unit feels the best thing for me is a decon break which im currently on. I think you will know just by feel when or if you experience it also

Connective tissue has bigger stretching with heating. At least when people try to return flexibility after injury, heat for them works wonderful and gives the best result. You can apply locally, for example, pour warm-hot water in any container and stick penis there. You can try some very decent and proper heating for 5-10 minutes and see if that changes something after few months.

It could be that your conditioning has increased the ‘lock out” response on your penis. If you are young and fit this is the system whereby once erection is attained, the penis “locks out” and becomes exceptionally hard and rigid. Once it enters this phase of erection it actually becomes a little smaller in both length and girth, but extremely solid. Are you working your dick at 40-60% or always getting hard so quickly you cannot do this?

Hey relaxo and yes i am young 23 and in okay shape but im even refering to my penis at 40%-80% erect. It is just different from when i started. An example is like if i have a 50% erection and i bend it to one side it stays in that shape instead of returning to straight or bouncing/flopping back. It seems like less elasticity and my CC tissue is more dense and tough. So im taking 4 weeks off halfway through. I really wanna hear from people that went too hard in the begining and see what happened to them. I did the newbie routine but my intensity was kinda high i guess and the duration too. I hope this decon really works.

If i can squeeze out another 3/8 inch in both length and girth id be so happy
