Fine, First month, 5 minutes of warming, 5 minutes of stretch.

DETAILS: No rest, 7 repetitions to week, + 10 repetitions per week, Once day

ex: first week 25 repetitions
the second week 35 repetitions
and….

DRY JELQUING
Left hand= normal jelquing 25 repetitions
Right hand= Normal jelquing 25 repetitions

DRY JELQUING ; overhand
Left hand= jelquing 25 repetitions
Right hand= jelquing 25 repetitions

DRY JELQUING; C grip

WET JELQUING
