Hi guys.
I am new here. However I have some years of exp.

I am currently using an aggressive method I wanted to share with you and get your opinions.

I use a jes extender with noose, strap penis there and stretch it to the higher tension I can, obviously springs are blocked and additional tension provided simply by cranking screws, til the tension is too uncomfortable. If I feel any pain I release and re-strap.

I stay there, maybe apply some gentle fulcrum to the stretched shaft, take a measure of the stretched thing, and release to restore blood flow, repeat some 3-5 times over 40-50 mins,
And then I get into the Penimaster pro for the next 8-10 hours at a regular extender tension.

The idea is to force the shaft stretch 1 milimitre beyond the mark, each 7-10-15 days.
So far this experiment is going ok and gained some.
I had a frenulectomy done to improve my jes and Penimaster tolerance , and now I am feeling good with both techniques.
Progress can be accurately tracked because you can measure very consistently while strapped in the extender at a given tension , so I can almost certify some of my gains.

Anyone used similar methods?

The idea of progressively moving forward one tiny notch at a time is interesting. It’s done in other instances: ear gauges, for one. With the penis, though, it would be nice (though impossible) if you could keep it permanently attached to the device, removing only when the stretch is complete.

It´s working for me. I gained 2 milimitre in last 15 days, so maybe progressing at that ratio. The extender works as normal but the forced extension works as a plateau breaker, like kicking the process forward.

However I am not sure if I should force the shaft daily as hangers would do to prevent retraction or should I just use it when I hit plateau.. It´s taxing in the glans and skin, but it´s working

I had unexpected girth progress from this method too.

I am shocked after I measured 14.3cm girth while 15 days ago I was 13,8cm. 0,5cm fatter.

I can’t explain this girth progress exceeding the length progress,

The only related thing I did was a brief experimentation with recently acquired pump.
Only used it once

Over the last 10 months I got

From BPEL 19cm to 20.3
From Girth 13.2 to 14.3

Tried extenders, bibhanger, bathmate, hand stretches, lengthmaster.. Many things. Even clamping
Also had a frenulectomy done.

I found Most effective to combine powerful hand stretches or this torture rack system with low tension extender, something you can tolerate 10 hours a day such as penimaster around 700 grams of tension, and clamping for girth

Clamping gave me frightening progress.. One milimitre gain in every session I did, means from 13.2cm to 14cm in something around 10 clamping sessions..
This made me stop clamping because this thickening halted my length progress completely.

Later just focused in length for months with poor results and now with the torture rack method both discrete length progress and unexpected more girth is happening

Their appraoch is 2-4% strain, which means that they try to get 2-4% beyond their max BPFSL every work out.
For example at 20 cm max BPFSL pre-workout, thats 20.5 cm (2.5%) up to 20.8 cm (4%) strain post-workout.
Science seems to suggest that this leads to persistent growth over time.
And they also are having phenomenal results. Check them out!
