Trying To Get Back

Hi guys,

I sort of introduced myself in the ‘posting virginity’ thread, but it won’t hurt to have at it again!
So I did a few months of PE back in 2014, mostly lurked on PE Gym. For a myriad of reasons, like porn, bad attitude, faulty rationale for pursuing PE etc., I quit. Never saw much in the way of gains neither.
Needless to say, a lot has changed. I can’t even really relate to the person I was back then.

This time, I’m in it for the long haul. Thinking about getting on a 2 on 1 off schedule (rest day is gym day, works out really well I think!) following the Linear Routine just to be on the safe side. I’m somewhat worried about what appears to be a rather noticeable septum, but time will tell I suppose.

Available equipment includes an IR lamp, my own mix of coconut oil & body lotion for lube in addition to a US Pro 2000 2nd Ed., which brings me to my main question:

Why, if US (Ultra Sound) is considered to be the only safe and reliable way to increase internal temperatures to the point of collagen malleability, and that malleability itself is considered the chief mechanism through which growth is achieved, is US not generally recommended for beginners?
I understand it’s a bit more cumbersome to handle. However, the difficulties seem to not be in direct relation to lack of PE experience. Ulis shouldn’t be performed by a beginner, same goes for clamping or hanging. That I can understand. The penis just isn’t ready for that kind of exertion in the beginning.
But US is upheld as the counter to all that, as a method for making whatever force you expose the penis to more manageable.

There seems to be two camps when it comes to US. One camp claims that US is only useful for breaking through a gain wall by targeting the septum, while the other camp claims US has an overall positive effect on exercise performance & recovery. This may be a misunderstanding, but from my (possibly naïve) point of view the first camp is using faulty reasoning.

In the end, I am looking to learn from the best, gather knowledge, & have a safe & successful PE journey. If I come off as arrogant, I apologize. Thanks in advance!
