Trying to start strong
I have the zenhanger leg strap ADS along with two silicone sleeves. I cut the sleeves to lengths of 3”, 4”, 5”, and 6” for when length gains are outgrowing the sleeve. Right now my routine is
Heat session with rice sock- 5 minutes
I’ll get full erect and clamp - 5 to 8 minutes
Then release and relax for a few minutes and keggel fresh blood through.
I’ll repeat the clamping 2-3 times depending on how good the clamping was.
After my clamping session is when I use the elongation sleeve (or anti-turtle sleeve). And I’ll wear that throughout work if I’m going to work that day.
For length I’ve been wearing the ADS for about 5-8 hours a day.
I started this past Wednesday so the 11th. I have not taken any measurements, I’m just getting into the routine.
I will soon add a jelqing session to this routine
Is this a good routine? I am familiar with p.e., I got in to it a few years ago but fell off track. Just want some advice on my devices, time limits should I clamp, not clamp. Just some solid advice!
