Tube Kegeling

Who here kegels while pumping? Does it hurt or help with length or girth? Any experience or advice will be helpful

I do. It helps me maintain erections in the tube. It doesn’t hurt me. It normally increases pressure about 1 inHg during kegel (at 5 inHg).

I do to increase blood flow. Kegeling does not hurt your PE efforts and in my opinion any help is minor. Keeping oxygenated blood in the penis is good whenever and however you do it.

Alex please help me understand your comment that kegeling increases pressure. If your statement “increases pressure” means a reduction in vacuum, i.e., your gauge reads -5inHg and when you kegel it changes to -4inHg, then I understand and agree with your comment.

As your penis gets larger in the tube the vacuum reading will decrease (pressure increases) assuming no additional pumps.

Sorry for not being specific with values. During the kegel, the pressure increases; then after, my penis volume increases and pressure decreases.

Example:
Start: -5inHg
Kegel flexed: -6inHg
After: -4.5inHg

I believe this is because when I kegel, I can feel a tug on my penis, reducing length and therefore reducing penis volume or increasing vacuum. Then after, the fresh blood is brought in and my penis volume increases.
