Turtling after stretching.Normal???
Ive just restarted the newbie routine again and the moment i let go of a stretch in any direction my penis reacts by turting
Is this bad and is there any way to counteract this at all???

Sometimes i turtle a little bit at the end of the stretching routine, but not at every pull.
Try using less force can help you. Let’s say you want to stretch no more than when you measure your BPFSL
Starting size: 6.7 x 4.4
Current size: 7.25 x 4.6
First goal: 7.5 x 5.0 Mid term Goal: 8 x 5.25 Long term goal: 8.5 x 5.5+

And are you using heat to warm up? May also want to try stretching with heat (in the shower, or with a space heater, etc.) and see if that has an effect.

Agree. I use one IR lamp during all the session and it works great.
