Turtling before PE
Long time lurker and just recently signed up. Tried to search but came up with a lot of threads that were not related so maybe this topic has been covered before but I’m having a hard time finding it. The short of it, pun intended, is I turtle a lot. I don’t have any health issues but I feel like I’m in a constant state of turtling. I have decent quality morning erections and I have been single for a couple years so I’m sure the masturbation doesn’t help ( I masturbate twice a day on average ). Is there any suggestions for fixing this turtle issue? It just doesn’t feel comfortable and reduces my confidence. It gets worse when working out.
