Hey guys, I started PE about a month ago, I have some results but I have another problem. I have sometimes twinge pain below glans on the left side of the penis, this pain isn’t something special. I did PE exercises yesterday and after a couple hours I had sex with my so. Everything was normal but today I have twinge pain, isn’t something serious but I don’t know why is this happening. Also, this happened already to me and it was the exact same spot that is hurting like today. Maybe I was jelqed too hard, who knows. Any experience with this?

Also, I watched jelq videos on this site and that guy is beating his meat pretty hard, I think that is too much pressure, am I wrong?

Are you taking any rest days?

What is your PE program; anything along with jelqs?

I am doing 5 days on 2 days off routine. I do standard newbie routine. Maybe I should do 1 day on 1 day off. I do not know also how hard I should grip my penis during jelq, jelq video on thunders place shows pretty hard grip when doing jelq.

I suspect that you have tweaked a nerve. Take a few days off and allow it to recover.

Jelqing should be conducted with an erection between 50-70%. The more erect you are the greater the risk of injury. You will see or read of some guys who do jelq with a very firm erection. Be assured they are veterans whose penis is well conditioned. Even so, the majority of jelqing injuries we hear of come from jelqing with a firm erection. Slow and steady is the way to go for newbies and low experience levels.

Pain At The Same Spot

Hello guys,

I started my PE journey 2 months ago and it goes pretty well for me. I have very hard erections, increased morning wood and also sometimes my penis feels bigger so, all in all I have positive experience with PE. My routine is 10 minutes warm up followed by 5 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing - 5 days on 2 days off. When I first started I had one spot under the glans on the left side of the penis where I felt twinge pain. When pain stoped I continued with exercises and for one month I didn’t felt any pain or bad sensation until today. My last session was 2 days ago, yesterday I had sex with my gf and everything was normal. Today I felt also a little bit of twinge pain at the same spot as first time, why is that?

Old injuries are easier to reinjure than the first time. You’ll just have to learn that limit and sneak up on it without going past it.

Take another break for a while and heal.

Maybe 5 on is too much? Maybe you’re over exercising? After the pain has gone, reduce the time and intensity jelqing. See how that goes. I doubt stretches are causing this. Too hard a jelq certainly could.

Hey, thank you for your reply. I can’t say what I felt was injury it is just a little bit of pain and nothing else. I am now doing 2 days on 1 day off routine and everything seems to be normal. I said that ill do only newbie routine, jelqing and stretches only, don’t want to do more intense exercises, my health is no 1. Priority. I experience harder erections, slight increase in size both lenght and girth and I’m just 2 months into PE. Also, what I experience is a more veins on my penis, I think this is positive sign? Also, after a session I put a tight cock ring for a 5-10 minutes, do you think it is okay? Thank you in advance!

Newbie here too on my first rest day after 2 days of routine. I’d say 5 on and 2 off is way too much for only being 1 month on PE.

Yes it is little bit more than needed. I am now on the easier routine, 2 days on 1 day off.

Also I think that is pretty hard to injure yourself if you are patient and you are watching every your move with not so tight grips.

Hey guys, for like a month my gains were stable but few days ago my girth is a little bit smaller and a lenght also. Don’t know why is that cause I didnt change anything in my routine. Also what I noticed is that my dick is sometimes harder to handle while jelq, its feeling like it looks tired, don’t know how to explain. Any tips?

When was the last time you rested?

Last weekend. But I did like 10 light jelqs while I was in shower, not full routine.

Hey guys! Can I gain lenght with jelqing cause everytime I try to stretch my penis gets erect even after 3 months into PE. Jelqing is also my favorite exercise and in doing it 15-20minutes per session.
