ULI #3 and jelq

I’ve done PE for 3.5 months. My present routine is ~30 mins of wet jelq and up to 5 minutes of ULI #3 5-6 days/week.

What is better? Doing ULI #3 after jelqing or before.

Mixing them in can be quite effective, maybe starting the mixing after 5 minutes of jelqing and finishing off with a series. That works for all the squeeze type thingies.

It sounds interesting. I will try it and see if it induce a sore - I have sensitive skin or sometimes do exercises too strong :)
