Couple of days ago I bought ultrasound machine.

Could someone give me a good routine using the US?

Hey guys I’m using the ultrasound already couple of months but I didn’t have gains.

I think I’m doing something wrong here.

I’m heating on 1.9w per square centimetre on the ventral side of my penis laying on my belly for about 13 minutes. Is that the correct way?
Should I use some phantom pad ? Or there is no so big difference?

I red most of the content there and I didn’t go across any of my questions. I saw only partial information about it. Still couldn’t understand the right technique for proper heating.

Maybe my question is not so clear I guess.

Can someone explain step by step how you heat the penis with ultrasound.
