Unable to Jelq after 30 minutes

I have been trying to increase my jelqing time after 4 weeks of PE.
I can stretch until the cows come home, but after 30 minutes of Jelqing my penis has had enough and at best it’s only 20% erect.

After a while should my penis adapt to longer jelqing sessions?

I suppose I could continue a mostly flacid jelq but will this do any good?

You could look into taking something to improve your erections. I like taking a couple grams of l-arginine before workouts, or if I am really serious I may take 25 mg of Viagra.

After only 4 weeks, 20 minutes is plenty of jelq time. When you start to go overboard, your progress actually slows.

Agreed with gprent. Im like you, after 30 min, I have a rough time getting a good erection.

reminds me of weight training. when you can’t lift the same weight as the last session it means you haven’t given your body enough time to rest.

thanks for the feedback. I’ll watch it closely and quit jelqing once I can see it’s done.

while we’re on the subject should I limit my stretches too?

I’ve found I can easily stretch 20 minutes if I wanted to. Would this actually slow my progress rather than help?

Stretching for 20 minutes works for me. I’d say it’s safe as long as you feel comfortable with it. You can jelq for 15 minutes every other day and still see gains. I did.

I never set a time or number of jelqs I do . I just jelq until my dick has had enough . One night I can jelq for a whole episode of M*A*S*H , the next maybe only half or so . I take breaks every so often as well , so timing the excersise doesn’t really work for me. If I had to guess , I’d say I probably do 300 - 450 jelqs in a good session .

If I feel sore and can’t take much when I start , I take the day off . I’ve seen gains this way so I have to believe it’s working .

For me I found that the limit was 20, max 25 minutes, after that I found the jelqing became counter productive. I suppose one could build slowly up past that point, but I would rather go for two sessions of 20 minutes, than one 40 minutes long workout.

two sessions same day? like 20 minutes AM and 20 minutes PM for 2 days in a row followed by a day of rest?
