I would have never thought my dick was as unhealthy as it was. It would still get hard but just after 2 months of PEing it is amazing how much harder it could get and the frequency of it’s hardness. In my first post cantlook made the statement that my fast gains were due to my body using what it had better know and I firmly believe that. What is nice is it has been worth almost and 1” in bpl and 1/8” in girth, the gains have slowed know so I think my real journey begins know.

I have been doing the beginners routine for the last 2 months with some pumping. I will continue to do this routine for at least another month as I have backed off the intensity some due to some of the post I have been reading lately on hear.

My main question is what do you guys think I should pursue next, I want to start really working on the girth side of things and the length can just do what it wants.

Congratulations on the improved EQ, in my opinion, EQ gains and improvements are the best positive outcome to PE exercises.

Keep up the good work, and you will achieve more gains in the future.

Stick to what is working, until it stops then tweak/tune your routine to reach your target.

I know it will be tempting to change your routine, or add in some more advanced routines or devices, but if you’re gaining and have great EQ, don’t change a thing!

Sounds like solid advice thanks guys. I will stick to this until all gains stop then I will add something else.

Just what I was going to say. People have an idea that because the Newbie Routine is called that, that they have to move on from it as soon as possible. It should be called the foundation routine or similar, because heat, stretching and jelqing are all people really need, but they can add bits to that in rotation as and if necessary, whilst keeping the foundation the same. That’s what most vets do!

I will stick to the newbie routine then, it’s working good for me I’m doing 200-250 jelqs in my session. Thank you guys for your input and knowledge.
