Uncut, looking for a mainly girth routine that would avoid stretching foreskin

I’m just starting PE, I’ve been lurking the scene for a while and I’m now ready to commit to it, my starting measurements and 6.75 x 4.9.

I want to avoid stretching my foreskin at all if possible, it’s already a tiny bit big, and I want to gain mainly girth. I have purchased and been using bathmate infrequently at various erection levels, and I can generally feel it pulling on my foreskin too much. Clamping would seem to be a good option for what I’m looking for but it’s too my knowledge that it’s mainly reserved for advanced members.

Is there a way to negate bathmates foreskin pull?

What routine would you guys recommend for my requirements?

The way I look at it is that any exercise will have his bit on the foreskin. So far, did lots of different exercises and they didn’t impact negatively on my foreskin (I’m uncut too).

I would place jelqing and stretching as those that “impact less” on foreskin. Pumping and clamping is more likely to promote foreskin “inconsistencies”.

I have only been practicing PE consistently for 15 months, so I am no expert. However, your concern has been one of my own priorities as well. My experience with bathmate, jelqing, stretching, and clamping has been the following:
1. Bathmate - the most pronounced skin stretching of the 4. I do not use at all for this reason.

2. Stretching - the 2nd worse from my experience. Man, Id love an extra 1/2 inch in length. But it became obvious to me it may be at the expense of serious skin overhang if I do it too much.

3. Dry Jelq- just like stretching, makes my skin longer too.

4. Wet jelq with 20-30% erection - very little effect on skin stretch. Must be very lubed and retracted.

5. Clamping - again very little “permanent” skin stretching from my experience. However, my shaft has gotten a little fatter now so my skin wants to push up over the head now naturally. It still stays back, but creeps over a little more than pre-PE days. Ill take it though!

You’ll have to test yourself and share your experiences in 6 months or so. Id love to learn from your findings also.
